Description

If peace and quiet is part of your relaxation and holiday plan, then this is your perfect holiday place! You will enjoy the sound of waves and birds!

The house is very private and set in an established and well maintained garden.

The property is fully fenced and secure for young children and pets.

(Pets may be permitted only by prior approval upon booking).

The property is adjacent to the coastal national park, dunes and the St Andrews Golf Course.

It overlooks the bush, vibrant with colour and birds activity all year round and in particular the beautiful wild flowers displays in winter.

The property is easy walk to the breathtaking ocean beach with rock pools or for swimming short 10 minute drive to Ryeb bay beach, shops and restaurants.

It is also a few minute drive to the Rye hot springs & spa as well as a number of renowned golf courses - St. Andrews, Moonah Links, Eagle Ridge, The Dunes, Rosebud Country Club.

Horse beach trail rides at the Gunnamatta/Sandy Road are only few minutes down Sandy Road.

Red Hill – 20 – 30 minutes with many wineries, dining, local produce (strawberries, cherries, cheeses etc)

Sorrento and Portsea are only about 20 minute drive away.

A milkbar is only 1,5 km away; fresh home made pastas and sorbets few streets away; local shops including bakery and pizza are 5 minutes away (half way to Rye on Sandy/Dundas Road)

The House

The house is tastefully renovated, very clean and well maintained. It can sleep up to 8 adults or six adults and 4 children. The house comprises:

- 3 bedrooms – 2 x Queen size; 1 x 2 single and 2 x pullout low trundle beds

- Queen size sofa/bed in the lounge

- Separate dining - table sits up to 10 people

- Separate lounge area with TV, DVD & Sound system

- Open plan fully equipped kitchen with large pantry, dishwasher and microwave oven

- Ensuite (shower + toilet) and walk in robes with the master bedroom

- Second bathroom with separate toilet

- Laundry – washing machine + dryer (in the garage) & clothes line

- Very well equipped with cooking, crockery, serving & salad dishes, cutlery, lots of glasses and cups

- 2 Fridges – large in the kitchen + smaller for drinks in the
laundry

Outdoors

The house is very private and set in an established and well maintained garden.

In the backyard, for weather proof outdoor, all year round entertainment there is a very spacious cabana next to the BBQ area, with drop and zip heavy plastic screens and a large table. In addition, a large outdoor umbrella and extra chairs are stored in the garage.

For a quiet outdoor enjoyment, there area also a swing chair and small table & chairs located under cover at at the front of the house

There is also an attraction for the youngest visitors, a swing and sandpit! While they play they can be watched from a hammock hanging in a large tea tree.
