Alaya beachouse is located at Beachside Suffolk Park 100mts from one of Byron's best surf beaches. There is fantastic surfing, fishing, walking and swimming at your door.

Situated in a quiet residential area where you can relax or you can take full advantage of all Byron Bay has to offer with only a seven minute drive to the centre of Byron Bay. The house has four bedrooms with a spacious open floor plan, large living area and kitchen, sleeping seven people in a comfortable, easy holiday environment.

Lounge and dining area, large modern kitchen, bifolds opening on to a covered deck with BBQ.
Appliances / accessories include: Fully equipped kitchen, Dishwasher, TV, Video, DVD, ipod dock, Fans, Laundry facilities, Pillows. Linen can be supplied.
