Imagine on Broadwater is a clean, tidy family home, nestled
in amongst the peppermint trees in one of the prime areas of Busselton.Situated between Busselton and Dunsborough and all so close to the pristine waters and beaches of beautiful
Geographe Bay. It's also in close proximity to some world class wineries, cafe's, golf courses and one of the land marks in the south west "The Busselton Jetty'.
House and bedroom configaration.
The house itself has been set up to sleep 12 people in comfort, 3 families or 4 couples with 2 extra bunk beds if required.The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with another 2 bedroom air/cond separate studio,situated at the rear of the house.The bedroom configuration in the house has 3 new queen size beds in 3 bedrooms and 1 bunk bed in the other. The 2 bedroom studio has a new queen size bed in 1 room and a bunkbed in the other. (note all doonas, doona covers are supplied and are new).Please bring own pillows and bed and bath linen.(linen can be supplied on request)
The fully equipped kitchen (inc dish washer) overlooks the dining room where a 10 seater dining table can be used so everyone can dine together.(Note a high chair is provided) if required.
The laundry is equipped with an automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes hoist, and pegs are also supplied.

Busselton and surrounding area's.
Busselton has a lot to offer, with it's beautiful safe beaches
its a haven for all water sports swimming, diving, fishing, and crabbing.It also has a long bike riding/walking path where you could ride to Busselton jetty or for the energetic you could walk. Busselton is also host to some great cafe's,restaurants, and .golf courses.
A movie cinema can be found in the town centre with a drive- in theatre situated on Bussel highway heading towards Dunsborough.
A short drive away you can visit the wineries and boutique
brewries the southwest is famous for.

Please note a $10.00 fee per person per night applies when over 8 paople. A Refundable bond of $500.00. applies per stay. A Cleaning fee $130.00 applies per stay. Bath and Bed linen can be supplied and beds made up at $20.00 per person.
