This magnificent home has been renovated to perfection. Sleeps up to 6 adults and is the ultimate to beachside living at its best.
So close to the beach with uninterrupted views and in a very peaceful location. The beach is at your doorstep.
As soon as you open the front door, views of the sea can be seen from the enormous lounge/dining area as well as the modern kitchen. Just perfect for a family or snuggling down as you desire.
The fully equipped Corion bench top kitchen with all the mod cons, dishwasher, steam and microwave oven, side by side 2 door fridge and gas oven, completely opens to the living/dining area letting you enjoy the sea views. Breakfast can be taken informally at either of 2 bar style benches.
It sleeps up to 6 adults and consists of 3 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a King Bed The second bedroom contains a queen bed and built in robes.
A carefully designed 3rd Bedroom can also be utilised as a separate kids' lounge room and has a 39inch LCD flat screen and DVD player, and a sofa lounge/bed which converts to a very comfortable double bed.
There are 2 bathrooms. The main has under floor heating mood lighting and euro appliances, full size bath, plate glass shower recess and the toilet seat closes by itself. The second has a rain forest shower head, euro fittings and the space is shared with a concealed full size Miele clothes washer and dryer stack.
The home has a ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating system.
Undercover Garage parking for 2 cars, plus 2 off street parking spaces offers easy parking for family. A second deck and outdoor setting is on the east side of the property to take advantage of the morning sun.
Airport Transfers available directly to your property (Price varies depending on number of guests).
Complimentary toiletries, coffee and tea provided on arrival.
All linen/towels provided (Set Fees applied).
The location is close to AAAMI Stadium, Westfield Shopping Centre and the re-vamped Semaphore Road where there are many good eateries and bars. The Semaphore esplanade fun park and shopping complex is close by.
Public transport access is close by to Glenelg, the city, Westfield Shopping Centre, movie theatres and many holiday activities.
This beautiful beach house is situated approx. 5 minutes from Henley Beach and 15 minutes from the Glenelg precinct, 40 mins from town and approx. 15-20 minutes from Adelaide Airport
