Ocean 360 on the Bay is newly renovated with a gourmet kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances & expresso coffee machine. Formal dining has seating for eight, or dine informally at the breakfast nook in the family room adjoining the kitchen. Alternatively, soak up the breathtaking view, and breathe in the fresh salt air, by dining alfresco style with a bbq on the second storey deck. A truly 5 star + experience awaits.

There are 2.5 bathrooms including the master ensuite. At Ocean 360 its not a holiday if you need to bring your own linen. All beds are dressed with quality, crisp, clean, high thread count linen. The internal laundry includes washing machine, dryer, washing powder, iron, ironing board & outdoor clothesline.

"Ocean 360 on the Bay" has four spacious bedrooms, all with stunning & uninterrupted ocean vistas through floor to ceiling glass: -
* Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with ceiling fan, electric blanket and Thai decor
* Bedroom 3 has a single 4-poster bed with ceiling fan, electric blanket and contemporary decor
* Bedroom 4 has a tri-bunk, (double bed + single), electric blanket on double, wall fan, with ocean theme
* Master bedroom has a queen bed, electric blanket, generous ensuite, wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player, & ipod docking station.

The property also has a baby's cot and high chair and offers a separate children's retreat. There is a wide selection of dvd's on-site for guest use, including children's titles, novels, children's books, toys and board games. (106 cm flatscreen TV in main lounge room, 24 cm flat screen in children's retreat and 21cm wall mounted flat screen in master bedroom - all with DVD players)

Decor, features & location

The decor is contemporary, inspired predominantly by Thai and South African handicraft from overseas sojourns. The water's edge is less than 50 metres below the house and the closest swimming beach is East's Beach, just minutes walk along the public reserve coastal walking track. This track leads north into town, via Kendall's & Surf Beaches, and marks the beginning of the new spectacular coastal walk heading south to Werri Beach. This new and popular walking track literally starts at our doorstep.

Ocean 360 on the Bay is the perfect home for a summer or winter seaside getaway. Snuggle up in the cooler months with front row seats of the spectacular winter storms over the horizon and the wild surf pounding against the shore. In summer, swim, surf, fish; read a book on either deck, and prepare to be dazzled by the vivid constellations and shimmering surf when dining in the evening alfresco style.

Set atop a craggy cliff on the headland between East's Beach and Love's Bay in Kiama, the position gives the illusion of 'sailing on land'. The spectacular position encompasses ocean & rural vistas and the phenomenal Love's Bay headland. As the last house in the street the position can only be compared to living in a luxury lighthouse.

Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends throughout the year and weekly during the Christmas/January school holidays. (Calender accurate). Low season mid week stays are for a minimum of 3 nights.

THINGS TO SEE & DO
Kiama has an abundance of excellent cafes with alfresco dining, a wide array of restaurants and contemporary bars. There is a sea-water tidal swimming pool just below the famous blow hole & lighthouse, and freshly caught fish daily at the main harbour.

There are 3 golf courses only minutes away - Kiama (par 66), Gerringong, (par 72- dramatic ocean side location) & Jamberoo (par 67). Head to Seven mile beach for great surfing or try all four of Kiama's renowned white sandy beaches: Surf beach, Kendall's, Easts & Bombo. Don't forget spectacular Cathedral Rocks at Kiama Downs.

Check the local visitor's centre for information regarding the jazz festival and special events. Kiama Arts and Craft market is held 3rd Sunday of each month, product market 4th Saturday of each month and Gerringong Arts, Craft & Product market held 3rd Saturday of each month.

Sites within a 30 minute radius include Jamberoo Recreation Park, Minamurra Rainforest, Illawarra Fly Walk, Saddleback Mountain Lookout, 7 Mile Beach, local Vineyards including Crooked River Winery, and local townships of Gerringong, Jerroa, and Berry. Fishing trips, surfing lessons & kayaking all available for hire during the summer months.
