The decor is contemporary, inspired predominantly by Thai and South African handicraft from overseas sojourns. The water's edge is less than 50 metres below the house and the closest swimming beach is East's Beach, just minutes walk along the public reserve coastal walking track. This track leads north into town, via Kendall's & Surf Beaches, and marks the beginning of the new spectacular coastal walk heading south to Werri Beach. This new and popular walking track literally starts at our doorstep.
Ocean 360 on the Bay is the perfect home for a summer or winter seaside getaway. Snuggle up in the cooler months with front row seats of the spectacular winter storms over the horizon and the wild surf pounding against the shore. Wow, what an amazing property Lea, the perfect family getaway! Location was spectacular and the amenities were first class. I would highly recommend you stay at Ocean 360, the only negative from us is that our stay was NOT long enough. We will definitely be visiting again and for a lot longer to enjoy all that Kiama has to offer.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had a magnificent time, very relaxing and plenty to explore. One morning on the way to the beach the cattle were all lazy about at the top of the walkway, this gave the kids a buzz. Lots of exploring the coast line and walking on the rocks mixed with time to relax sitting back enjoying the amazing views.

5 of us girls headed down for a little relaxation and scrapbooking. The position and property is outstanding. The property has everyting you could ask for and feels just like being at home.
On our departure we were discussing what date we should rebook it for and make it an annual trip. The weather was beautifull as well, thanks Lea im sure you requested that for us as well.

We had a fantastic holiday at Ocean 360! The views were amazing, we spent hours sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and a few of us even saw dolphins. A lovely walk to the beach. The house was very spacious, it easily fitted our extended family, the couch was comfy and the well equip kitchen even had a great coffee machine! The owners bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable! Thank you for our fabulous stay and for even posting me the pillow we left behind! Highly recommended.

I thought the property was beautiful, just what I expected from the photos, very very clean, which was lovely, whale watching, dolphines sightings, walks along the beach, champayne on the balcony, I fell in love with Kiama. We stayed at the house for a family get together. Seven of us were all very comfortable. The bedrooms, living areas and kitchen are all very well equipped with eveything you could think of and more. The view is beautiful and being right on the coast walk is a real bonus.

We truly enjoyed the stay at Ocean 360 on the Bay. The views are truly spectacular! The house is absolutely beautiful and even with a large family staying there we did not feel crowded. The beach is about 10 minute walk away, and you can smell the ocean air all the time! We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night and working out the star constellations as you would never see a sky like that in Sydney!

Absolutely fantastic location right on the bay, with ocean views from every room. There is also a lovely walking track along the coast that starts from just outside the house.
The house itself is very nice with spacious bedrooms, a large well-equipped kitchen, a great dining/family area, and a kids room downstairs. The decor and furniture is also really nice, and there is a large book and DVD collection to boot.
I don't think I've ever stayed in a nicer holiday home.

We drove from Blue Mountain to Kiama and was greeted with this awesome place. Kudos to Lea, great that there is a kiddy room with toys and all. Though we got rained in a couple of days, the lids enjoyed their time in 360.
The view, breathtaking!! Truly a place to relax. Will be back again!

The magnificant views, the sighting of whales playing in the ocean, the beautiful lush hills covered in contented grazing cows - all of these things and more will greet you when you stay in this fabulous house. The house has everything you could want for a 1st class holiday and seeing the birds fly right past your window makes you feel on top of the world.
