Located on the outskirts of Grafton, sitting roadside at our rural property, Ivy Cottage enjoys a lovely country setting only five minutes drive from town. Relax on the shaded verandahs, watch the kangaroos and horses graze alongside, and listen to the abundant birdlife. Experience a walk down memory lane in this historic cottage, restored to retain it's bygone charm, combined with all the creature comforts of today. Available for overnight (full breakfast provisions included) or longer stays (generous breakfast starter pack) , you will be made most welcome to your very own home away from home.
Tariff from $125-$160 pn, depending on week night or weekends,length of stay and time of year. This is for 1-2 people, extra guests $15 pn each. Weekly $805-$875.

The two bedroom cottage has one queen bed and two singles, sleeping four comfortably. The main bedroom has reverse cycle air and there are ceiling fans throughout. A comfy sitting room has TV, DVD, CD , Radio and leads onto the screened back verandah. The large period style bathroom features a gorgeous clawfoot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a day of travelling or sightseeing. The fully equipped eat in kitchen and the detached laundry in the cottage garden complete your home away from home. Decorated with genuine antiques and period style furnishings, Ivy Cottage will give you a very unique stay.
