Walk off Angas street into the private courtyard. From the moment you enter the secure front gate, your every need is catered for; providing you with a secure and comfortable stay.
As you enter the front doors into the main Lounge Room area with a large leather Lounge, opposite the 50"Plasma TV with DVD & also Free Pay TV, relax and enjoy. Tastefully decorated with Wooden floating floor boards, right through to the Dining room and kitchen.
Fully self contained kitchen, with s/steel appliances including a dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer.
Upstairs we have a large Main bedroom with a new Queen Bed with side tables, and a wall mounted LCD TV, a large walk in closet and your very own ensuite.
There are 2 other Bedrooms with sumptuous comfortable double beds. Wall mounted LCD TV'S are featured in each room.
All beds are made with quality Sheridan Egyptian Linen.
There is also a Sofa Bed for 2 People.
Main bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet.
Patio doors from the dining room area open out onto a large private courtyard with an outdoor table setting, an umberella and a 4 Burner BBQ for your use.

340 On Angus was fabulous. There were 8 of us and it fitted us in really well. Everything about the place was 100% perfect. Such a gorgeous place too stay either for short term or long term stays.

A magnificent family home.
We had the best of everything here in 340.
Space comfort great service from the owners. Above and beyond what we have experienced in other properties. Easy prompt communication and we were greeted on arrival. We could not fault this experience.

I booked 340 on Angus and Angus St Executive both and it made us feel that we are home. The weather wasn't really in our favour but these two properties has made us feel that we are at home. Everything in house and outside is just perfect and within reach, all you have to do is just name it. Parents were over here from India and even they loved the place. I have been staying in hotels for last 5 years on work but this is the best accoomodation i had so far.

Dont hesitate! This property is truly outstanding. Spacious, elegant and the location is amazing. Our hosts Angela and Ross were exceptional, greeting us on arrival and allowing both an early checkin and late checkout.
The double private garage was great, having two hire cars was not a problem.

The word "Executive" tends to be used quite a lot on this website to describe the accommodation offered and this is our first visit to 340, and it is exactly that. A high quality executive home in the most perfect of locations.
In Adelaide for the Tour Down Under and our previous experiences with "Executive" homes have been very disappointing. You don't often get what is advertised. This home is the real deal. The hosts were easy to contact and obliging in very way.
Outstanding.
We will be back next year.

Luxury accommodation in a beautiful quiet setting. This home provided all that it promised and more. We were thrilled with the service provided by the owners. Gracious and extemely helpful. We were also able to have a late checkout which was really appreciated due to the diverse travel plans of our group.

The property was perfect. We couldn't of asked for better owners to deal with. Great quiet location in Adelaide and not too far from everything. The property was very well presented and had everything that could possibly be needed for our stay. Also it was great to be able to share our stay with our bulldog who enjoyed the nearby park lands. What makes this property unique is the complete feeling of being in your own luxury home with the city of Adelaide at your feet. This was our second stay here and we are just thrilled to have found this gem of a place.

This home is Stunning. We could not believe the luxury and comfort that awaited us. A scented candle greeted us as we walked in and even the daily newspaper was provided. The service and attention to every detail provided by Ross and Angela was second to none. And we haven't even mentioned the decadent chocolates. A five star rating does not do this beautiful home justice. We did not want to leave. Let us know when it is for sale.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a family wedding. We can't tell how impressed we were with not only the service given to us by Ross and Angela, but with the luxury and style that was on offer. Not to mention the location; everything from hairdressers to 5 Star restaurants. The bedding was to die for. Quality Egyptian cotton, gorgeous decor and beds that were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. And even though there were 8 of us it felt like we were living in a huge penthouse complex.
This home is a must if you love style, comfort, space and good game of Chess. We will be telling all our friends about this lovely place.

We have travelled extensively around the world and stayed in many different locations both overseas and in Adelaide and we must say that this beautiful home has been the best. The elegance and style it offers is incredible. Location location location. Just breathtaking. The convenience was a traveler's dream and our hosts Ross and Angela attended to our every need. Five star accommodation at an incredible price. We have already booked our next stay in 2011.
You would be crazy to book anywhere else.

Hi Guys..One of the best places i have ever stayed..well done Ross & Angela..So close to everything you need to make your stay comfortable. I stayed at this beautiful accomodation with my partner for 5 days, whilst attending a conference. Location was perfect - within walking distance to main attractions including CBD shopping malls and markets, zoo and art gallery, yet in a very quiet location. The townhouse itself was modern, spacious and very tidy, with a large carport as a bonus. Ross and Angela provided excellent service and support. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Adelaide. Scott
