DUNE VIEW:

is a family holiday home on an elevated north facing block in the west beach area. It has a rear deck, with views of Robe's Dunes and Golf Course.

Rugged cliffs, walking trails, secluded beaches are about 200 meters away and you can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the rear yard.

The house features three bedrooms with sleeping for up to seven. There is a large lounge with a DVD and games library and open plan kitchen / dining area.

Children and pets are welcome. A cot and high chair is also available.


WALK TO:

West Beach and adjacent dunes and rugged cliffs.

Take the walking trails past the lighthouse, jail ruins and obelisk, or take a scenic walk to the main street

Fishing, diving, surfing, marina, jetty and boat ramp area also within easy walking distance.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:

Explore Little Dip Conservation Park with its classic coastline with quality surf breaks either on foot or 4WD

Relax at Long Beach or surf, windsurf or kite surf at 'third ramp'.

Play Golf and enjoy the quality cuisine both in Robe and further afield.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:

Master bedroom contains one queen, bedroom 2 contains two singles and bedroom three has a double bunk bed (ie a double bed on the bottom and single on top.)
