Park and leave your vehicle secured in the double lock up garage with direct internal access.
Down stairs features the third bedroom, toilet and shower, laundry facilities and access to enclosed court yard featuring outdoor setting and BBQ.
Upstairs there is an open fully equipped modern kitchen, dining, and living area with home entertainment unit. You can relax with a large 42 inch HD plasma and blue ray DVD player and surround sound or alternatively relax on the balcony.
A heating/cooling, split system is in three bedrooms and living area.

Less than one and half hours drive from Melbourne, 15 minutes drive to the ferry to Sorrento and explore Mornington Peninsula, 20 minutes to Geelong central and Torquay and connect to the Great Ocean Road. This all makes Ocean Grove on the southern coast of Bellerine Peninsula the place to be.
Other popular Bellarine destinations include historic Queenscliff with maritime museum and lighthouse attractions, Point Lonsdale, Portarlington, and Barwon Heads all a short drive away that offers alternatives for a swim, bush and coastal walking and ocean access for fishing.
Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads lie opposite on the mouth of the Barwon River. In the surrounding area is Ocean Grove Nature Reserve, Jirrahlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary and Moorfield Wildlife Park and the mangrove swamps of the Lake Connewarre State Game Reserve to satisfy nature lovers.
For lovers of fine food and wine, the Bellarine has world class wineries peppered throughout the area, as are superb restaurants, quaint cafe's, fresh local seafood and Sunday markets.
The area has impressive golf courses and for an adrenaline burst, you must experience Adventure Park, a state of the art water park featuring giant water slides and activities. Other attractions include to relive the sounds and smells of the past by taking a ride on the heritage steam and diesel trains at The Bellarine Railway. Alternatively cycle the Bellarine Rail Trail.
