With awesome river views, this comfortable cottage is a stone's throw from Silver Creek and the River. With two double bed rooms and a bunk room with four singles, it can fit two small families.
Tell the kids to watch out for the pelican next to their bed.
About Guilderton
Just an hour north of Perth, Guilderton is a gorgeous, tranquil town ideal for relaxing. There is so much to do including swimming, sandboarding, surfing, fishing, bushwalking or hiring a boat or kayak to explore the river.
After all the activity of the day, sip a drink while watching the sun set over the river.
What to Bring
For neccessity bring your linen and towels.
For fun bring Fishing gear, Sandboards or Boogie Boards, Golf Clubs, Camera, Tennis Racquets and Kayaks.

We particularly like the area and have had many lovely stays there. This time was no exception!
What a great spot you have! We were able to drop in the kayaks and paddle up the river with ease had a great swim and met the boys who were fishing. (didn���t catch dinner though!)
The view is magnificent! We spent most of our time when we were at the house, on the verandah. Lovely sunsets, good golf, the crew even threw a few bowls down at the club!
The house has everything anyone could need.
I have recommended your place to my sister and family who are keen to visit at some point.

Fantastic stay and brilliant location. house was very accommodating, refreshingly clean and a wonderful view of the river. we had a fantastic family break and would recommend and look forward to staying in the property again. Thanks so much for allowing us to bring our much loved family dog... he had the best time too...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moore View. Lovely little place, excellent location - everything you need. The view is gorgeous and the BBQ setup out back is fantastic. Will definitely visit again.

Great little house for us, we had 2 couples with 3 kids and we loved the peace and quiet and the spectacular view! Great outdoor area to sit and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to feed a family simple meals.
The house has a view that is worth staying in for! The location is perfect for launching a kayak from Silver Creek for a quiet paddle in the early morning or evening. I had to battle between sitting in the backyard to enjoy the view or taking the kayak out at Silver Creek. Both were equally wonderful.
We laid down ground rules for our short trip: no one was allowed to take any computer. There were three teen girls (my daughter + two friends) and a 16yo son with us. The girls had endless fun trying to balance on a one-man kayak at Silver Creek and in the river. My teen son fished every day to catch the elusive fish for tea.
The location is magic! And we proved that we could have fun without a computer screen!
We would stay @ Moore View again when we next visit. It was beautiful.
