Plenty of secure parking in the rear paved courtyard or a small boat which must be low enough to fit through the car port. Good fishing, swimming or surfing on the beach in front for those that want to try. Beach access just across the road and Blue Bay just north of our location.

North west facing beautiful winter sun as well as magnificent sunsets. Long term rental available at 20% discount off normal rates. Sorry we do not take Schoolies, teen groups or graduate groups without a parent. We do take Families, Seniors, Couples, Church groups with or without children and we take the family dog most of the time.

WHAT FUN CAN WE HAVE
GOLF - Mandurah Country Golf Club is just 2 minutes away with a magnificent 18 hold course. Special playing rates for members of other clubs.
SURFING - Yes you can body surf, boogie board, wind surf or kit surf just in front or Blue Bay or there are several spots within walking distance.
SWIMMING - Some of the most beautiful white sand beaches and you will be amazed at how few people are on them. Float, swim or snorkel.
CAFES - The Dome Cafe is just around the corner and the village is only 4 minutes away where there is numerous restaurants/cafes.
CYCLING - Cycle tracks run all around the beach front into the village and the Marina area or you can cycle along the beachfront to Miami or up to Rockingham.. Bring your bikes or you can rent. Great exercise & fun.
SKATE BOARDING - Cycling or walking distance to the Skate Boarding rink at the Old Mandurah Bridge.
MINI GOLF - At the Old Mandurah Bridge in the park.
SHOPPING - Mandurah is full of factory outlets as well as small boutiques up to large shopping centres. Weekend markets and lots of festivals to participate in.
FISHING - yes you can catch a whitting off the beach in front of the house or Herring, Mullaway or Tailor when they are running. Bring your rod & your bucket. Big Game fishing charters available.
BOATING - there are many canals, the Peel Estuary and several rivers that flow into it. Island with birds, fishing, crabbing or just visiting a local restaurant. Bring the boat or hire one.
BRIDGE CLUB - there is a very strong & friendly Bridge Club that welcomes visitors from around the world.
TENNIS - LAWN BOWLS - yes there are many clubs that welcome visitors for a casual game.
SCUBA DIVING - The Mandurah coast has many rocky reef outcrops which are protected
ENTERTAINMENT - live entainment, theatre & performing arts are available at your leisure in the village at the waterfront. Just 7 minutes from the Beach House on the ocean front.
