A generously sized four bedroom house with a great entertaining area, room for two families and 400 meters from the beach awaits you at Somers, just 60 km and 60 minutes from the center of Melbourne! The house accomodates families with ease, providing a separate play space for kids with 2 sofas, a pool table, TV and DVD, adjacent to a room with two bunk beds sleeping four children.
A modern and open kitchen makes for gastronomic adventures. With four sofas in the joined living and kitchen areas, its easy to kick back and relax looking out to the eucalypts and watching the kids bounce on the trampoline.
An easy stroll along the beach or through bush tracks with local koalas, finds you at the beautifully restored Somers General Store for a Saturday morning coffee and tasty breakfast, now open for weekend dinners.
The Red Hill winery region is within a 15 minute drive, along with plenty of surf rolling in at Pt Leo and Shoreham a similar distance away. There are many other local attractions such as Garden Mazes, Strawberry picking, glass blowing, day spas, shopping amongst many.
Somers makes the ideal spot for a quiet weekend retreat or extended holiday stay.

The house has ducted heating, ceiling fans in the living areas and 3 portable fans. The modern kitchen has all the appliances, utensils and dishes that you will need.
The house is ideally suitable for up to six adults and four children or a a configuration to suit your needs.
The house contains a fully equipped kitchen with gadgets including: toasted sandwich maker, Breville juicer, wine cooler, roasting trays, Mundial knife block, Sunbeam mixer, endless chopping boards, Italian coffee percolator, coffee plungers, teapot, dinner set for 10, microwave, entertaining dishes, kids cutlery and plastic plate sets and extra picnic cutlery and plasticware.
The basic essentials such as tea towels, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and washing powder are provided for your convenience.
Local shopping at nearby Balnarring, less that a 10 minute drive, has a huge IGA, 2 bakeries, an organic butcher, several cafes, a pharmacy and more.
The house has a portacot, high chair and a potty. It also has a huge trampoline in the back yard which kids will love a well as the rumpus room mentioned above.
