This location has it all, walking and cycle paths; keen fishermen can launch their boats at the nearby ramp or stroll 100 metres along the foreshore to fish off the rocks
Cheers! is a brand new apartment that can accommodate six people in comfort. In a small group of four, it has the premier, upstairs, seaside aspect and features three spacious bedrooms (2 queens and 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, powder room, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, airconditioning, barbecue, secure garage parking for two cars and a large balcony with spellbinding views across the bay.
The apartment is ideally suited as an adult get-away.
You may wonder why the apartment is called Cheers! Well, it has a very "cheerful" aura and "cheers" is a word spoken often as glasses clink together on the balcony or at one of the nearby wineries.
Good times with family and friends, enjoying a holiday in superb surroundings is one of life's great joys.

Two special girlfriends of mine flew from Melbourne to spend a week with me in Dunsborough so we could explore the region but have comfortable accommodation. This was the best apartment we have stayed in yet. the spacious, modern clean apartment at Cheers was fantastic. we went out every day after a restful nights sleep with all the windows opening so we could hear the ocean at night - heaven. we relazed every evening on the balcony enjoying the beach views as well as the lovely walks along the coast. the secure undercover parking as well as the security of being on the top floor was fantastic as 3 females we all felt safe. it was quiet and great to have use of our own laundry facilities - a must for females! we soon found it very easy to navigate our way around both on foot and in our car in an unfamiliar environment so we felt at home almost straight away. thank you Ronnie for a fantastic stay and we will be back in about 3 years to do it all again. regards Bronwyn. We were looking for somewhere special to stay, very close to the ocean, as we had family visiting from the UK and wanted them to experience life here as we know it!! "Cheers" could not have been any better; the english rellies loved it! The accommodation was excellent, the location was superb and my husband and I decided that whenever we travel down south, "Cheers" is where we'll be staying for an overall, fabulous time-out from our busy schedules!!

My family and I stayed at the property for 2 nights at the end of August 2010. The property is immaculate, finished to a high standard and has amazing promity to the sea. I am very pleased with the property and plan to stay their when we visit the region again. I have also sent on the property details to friends and family. A great stay and highly recommended.
