Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5 minutes walk to the city tram, South Yarra train station and the famous and classy Chapel Street and Toorak Road cafes, restaurants and shopping. The city centre (CBD) is just 2 train stops away. Etihad Stadium 3 stops, and the MCG, AAMI Park and Melbourne Park Tennis Centre are just 1 train stop from here.

A car parking permit is provided for on-street car parking. There is no off-street car space.
The house itself is recently renovated. The downstairs area has beautiful polished floor boards throughout the kitchen and two living areas. The front living area offers a very warm and cosy atmosphere. Enjoy a glass of wine with friends or sit back and watch your favourite television show or dvd in front of a contemporary gas fire. The gourmet kitchen features European stainless steel appliances and is fully supplied with everything needed to entertain. The kitchen opens into another comfortable living area which offers a luxury 3 seater couch and lounge chair. This house also features free USB internet usage which makes it easy to keep in touch with family, friends or business. The modern living area then opens out to a private courtyard. There is both reverse cycle cooling and heating upstairs and downstairs. The spacious master bedroom which is located upstairs features a queen sized bed and walk in robe with tasteful interior design. It also opens up onto a balcony. The second bedroom (also located upstairs) has two single beds. There is the option also of a sofa bed for a fifth person in the second living area downstairs . The very crisp and and clean central bathroom has a separate shower and a bath to relax in after a long day. The laundry which is equipped with washing machine and dryer is located downstairs.
Internet - USB Internet is provided free of charge and there is an Internet cafe on Toorak Road, just 5 minutes walk from the house.

The Jam Factory on Chapel Street is a very popular entertainment complex with it's cinemas, cafes and shopping. 10 minutes from South Yarra is the City Centre (CBD), Southbank precinct, St Kilda Beach and Albert Park Lake which are all easily accessible by train or tram. The Royal Botanical Gardens are world renowned and are situated in South Yarra amongst other beautiful parks and gardens this area has to offer. Around the corner is one of Melbourne's oldest markets called 'Prahran Market'. It boasts a large selection of fresh produce and gourmet foods. Along the river bank, the Yarra River features bicycle and walking paths running through parklands, which also offers fantastic views of the city.
