RATES: PEAK $1995 week (Dec and Jan school holidays 2012/13) SHOULDER $945 - $1071 week.
The house is available for a minimum of 7 nights with 'last minute' weekend or short stay bookings considered if the house is available 1 week before the intended stay. A small additional cleaning fee of $30 applies for these short stay bookings.
Saturday to Saturday bookings are the norm with 3pm check in first day and 10 am check out last day.
No linen or towels are supplied.

Malua Bay
Malua Bay is situated on the coast along a 15km strip of beautiful beaches and townships south of Batemans Bay. The beach at Malua Bay is well regarded locally for its surf and attractive rocky headlands. There are many other secluded beaches within a few minutes drive.
Fishing and boating are popular activities in the sea, rivers or coastal lakes nearby. The Clyde Estuary at Batemans Bay is an excellent location to fish from the banks or you could hire one of the several charter boats that operate from here. Moruya breakwater is another excellent fishing spot where large catches of salmon are regularly taken.
Malua Bay is located approx 15km south from Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. It is about 4 hours south from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.
