ABSOLUTE clifftop with STUNNING ocean views from house. 1 minute walk along clifftop track to protected Garden Bay Beach. Whale watch from the rear deck or lounge room. Swim, surf or fish. Contemporary decor. Bathroom and kitchen RENOVATED IN 2006! Main bedroom (queen) and 2nd bedroom (2 singles and 1 trundle bed). Polished floorboards. Retro surf decorations. Combined lounge dining.

RATES PEAK $1,600 week (Dec and January School Holidays) SHOULDER $900 week OFF-PEAK $700 week. Please check the calendar for the correct rate.

The house is generally available for a minimum of 7 nights. 4pm check in first day. 10 am check out last day. Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred however 'last minute' weekend bookings considered.

Malua Bay

Malua Bay is situated on the coast along a 15km strip of beautiful beaches and townships south of Batemans Bay. The beach at Malua Bay is well regarded locally for its surf and attractive rocky headlands. There are many other secluded beaches within a few minutes drive.

Fishing and boating are popular activities in the sea, rivers or coastal lakes nearby. The Clyde Estuary at Batemans Bay is an excellent location to wet a line from the banks or you could hire one of the several charter boats that operate from here. Moruya breakwater is another excellent fishing spot where large catches of salmon are regularly taken.

Malua Bay is located approx 15km south from Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. It is about 4 hours south from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra.
