Quality, quiet high floor accommodation for one person or couples.
Ideal for Holidays for one or two people, or for staff on Corporate Business.
The new apartment has one bedroom (but no sofa for children)with Queen Sized double bed. Full Kitchen with oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge, dining table & chairs. Lounges are leather, 50" Plasma TV with Foxtel basic, sport, & movies. Bathroom & Laundry with Washer / Drier. Air conditioning & heating. Amazing views from the lounge & balcony day & night.
Atlantis apartments have access to a lap pool, gymnasium, & sauna. There is no Car Park allocated for the unit. A Pay Car Park is over the road if required.
Free City Circle Tourist Tram around the city of Melbourne is 50m walk, & Southern Cross Train Station 200m walk.
Deposit is 25% which is non refundable, (except if we can rebook the unit). Booking Fee to be added is $50

A. Normal Tariff $1050 per week (7 nights).
B. Off Peak 5 Nights Midweek Special $700 (In Sunday, Out Friday)
C. Holidays or Corporate stays OVER 14 days Special Price $950 pw (excl. Xmas & January Holidays).
D. Xmas to 15th January - 7 Nights $1400 pw.
E. Easter, Australian Open, Moomba, Grand Prix, AFL Footy Grand Final, Melbourne Cup Carnival) - 7 Nights $1200 pw
For Stayz over 10 days additional Linen Supplied, Iron, DVD, Pay TV- Foxtel, Balcony, Pay Parking Opposite Apartments.

The apartment is located near the corner of Spencer St & Latrobe St. Walk 5 minutes over the bridge to Etihad Indoor Sports Stadium & The Docklands. Over the road is Southern Cross train station & DFO shopping centre with Coles Supermarket & Liquor. Around 5-10 minutes walk to City Centre Shopping, The Convention & Exhibition Centre, & Crown Casino. Not far away is Southbank. The "Free City Circle Tram" takes you any where you wish to go around the City, Docklands, MCG Sports precinct, Casino.
