Lounges are leather, 50" Plasma TV with Foxtel basic, sport, & movies. Bathroom & Laundry with Washer / Drier. Air conditioning & heating. Amazing views from the lounge & balcony day & night.
Atlantis apartments have access to a lap pool, gymnasium, & sauna. Free Car Park 100 metres down the road.
Free City Circle Tourist Tram around the city of Melbourne is 50m walk, & Southern Cross Train Station 200m walk.

Deposit is 25% which is non refundable, (except if we can rebook the unit). Booking Fee to be added is $50
Pricing incl. GST (Excluding Xmas to 15th January, Australian Open, Easter, Moomba, Grand Prix, AFL Footy Grand Final, & Melbourne Cup Carnival) - TARIFFS BELOW:
A. Normal Tariff $1225 per week (7 nights) plus $50 Booking Fee.
B. Off Peak 5 Nights Midweek Special $750 (In Sunday, Out Friday) plus $50 Booking Fee
C. Holidays or Corporate stays OVER 14 days Special Price $1000 pw plus $50 booking fee (excl. Xmas & January Holidays).
D. Xmas to 15th January - 7 Nights $1400 pw plus $50 Booking Fee
E. Easter, Australian Open, Moomba, Grand Prix, AFL Footy Grand Final, Melbourne Cup Carnival) - 7 Nights $1225 pw plus $50 Booking Fee
For Stayz over 10 days additional Linen Supplied, Iron, DVD, Pay TV- Foxtel, Balcony, Pay Parking Opposite Apartments.
