Royalla, located on a quiet rural lane in Robertson/Wildes Meadow, is a 100 acre property, located on a crest of a hill and offers spectacular views of the neighbouring countryside and Kangaroo Valley escarpment.
The property can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people across 3 dwellings. Each building oozes luxury and teases the senses.
The main house sleeps up to 10 and the feel is 'bohemian rustic', the love shack which sleeps 2 is 'asian rustic' in style and the om barn, also sleeping 2 is 'zen chic rustic'.
There is a separate games room which is designed to entertain the young and old.

The Farmhouse
4 Bedrooms, sleeps 10 (1 x King size bed, 2 x Queen size beds, 4 x Single beds)

The original farmhouse is full of character with open brick fireplaces and large church doors and windows. The interiors are tastefully decorated-no country floral or chintz to be seen! Cook up a storm in the gorgeous spacious kitchen, which is stocked with all the essentials. Share memories around a large French country dining table, which comfortably seats 10. Take a bubble bath in a bath constructed of wood, made in Italy to an ergonomic design. Enjoy luxurious bed linen and towels. Tune in via a large TV and DVD player. Tune out to the sounds of nature. With heating throughout, the home is spacious and warm, and is perfect for one or two families, or a group of friends.
The Loveshack

The Loveshack is a converted dwelling, which offers an additional bedroom, bathroom, living space and kitchenette, if needed. It is fitted out with TV, heaters, plush bed linen and contemporary furnishings. It is a stone's throw from the Farmhouse.

1 Bathroom, including a bath
The barn offers an additional bedroom and bathroom. It is very spacious, luxurious and serenely stunning.
Games Room
In addition to the above accommodation, the property also offers a Games Room -with full size pool table, large plasma TV, fireplace and bar.
Please note: Our farm manager and his family occupy another house on the property. He will be on site to welcome you for your stay at Royalla. Their house is close enough to be of assistance, but far enough away to offer you complete privacy.

A perfect place for a quiet girl's weekend away. We had a lovely time. Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation. Fabulous bicycle riding right from the front gate. Would also suit family holiday. Thank you, we had a great weekend!

I loved it!
Royalla great from start to finish. We were met by Jaimie and Meredith who took us on a tour of the property ��� there were lots of ooohs and ahhs by everyone and we all wanted to stay in the ���Love Shack���.
Unfortunately, the weekend was 80% work, 15% food and 5% leisure time ��� but no one was complaining. We managed to keep everyone warm and fed while they worked.
We have a storybook of the weekend but haven���t been able to work out how to email it to everyone. Once we figure it out I will email you a copy as a picture paints a thousand words.
I know that we will all be going back to Royalla both personally and professionally.

I loved it!
As a first trip to the Robertson area we had an absolutely fantastic time. Meredith and Jamie were extremely helpful and Meredith provided a scrummy morning tea for 11 people the three days that we were there.
We were there on business but would recommend it as a fmaily holiday or relasxation destination as well. In fact, one of our guests is already planning to return with her family.
