Description
This townhouse is on 4 levels with the first level being the kitchen, dining, living room and fully equipped laundry. There is a large courtyard with 6-8 seater outdoor spa, barbeque, table and chairs for outdoor dining on this level and a gate to the street with a 50 mtr walk to the beach. The kitchen has all the latest in appliances with a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and large fridge. In the laundry there is a washing machine and dryer.
Up 6 stairs you have a toilet and the double lock up garage. Then on the next level you have the master bedroom with a queen bed, a bath in the en suite and lovely ocean views. There is a second living area with lounge and television and DVD. There is also a patio with small outdoor setting off the bedroom and living room with views over Korora Bay and the Solitary Islands.
Then on the top level there is 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and ocean glimpses and the second bedroom has a triology bed which is the double on the bottom, single bunk above and a single bed. Off these 2 bedrooms is a patio with a small outdoor setting. There is also a large bathroom with a separate toilet.

KBay 7 is managed by Coffs Beach Houses, which specialises in the holiday letting of superb quality houses and town houses in the Coffs Harbour area. All accommodation is just a short walk from the beach with 90% of our places being no further than 200m to the sand.
All houses / town houses are fully self contained and all linen / bedding is provided. Also included are TV, DVD players and cd players.
A holiday house can make a great alternative for those wanting a bit more space to stretch out or just some distance from the kids. Reception and head office is located at Smugglers On The Beach, located right on the beach just 2 minutes north of the Big Banana or 5 minutes drive north of town. Nestled away in secluded Korora Bay between Pacific Bay resort and Opal Cove resort.
We DO NOT accept Schoolies, Hens or Bucks Nights due to unacceptable behaviour previously. If you book this accommodation without telling us and turn up, we will not accept your booking and no money will be refunded
