Unbeatable location with bay views. Extensive decking overlooking a playful lawn area makes it a lovely place to relax. 3 bedrooms (KS, QS, 4*single) - master bedroom has an ensuite. Queen size bedroom opens to a private terrace. There is another full bathroom (including bath) and a powder room. Dual living areas make it an easy house to share with friends and family.

Entertain in style

A large welcoming dining table seats 8 adults very comfortably. Guests will notice the view on arrival but it is the passing of ships on the channel and regattas at Blairgowrie yacht club that people really enjoy during their stay. The BBQ, large kitchen and entertaining deck are all on the same level making entertaining easy.

Stay comfortable and keep up to date

The lounge has a 46" LCD TV/DVD player and generous couches to take in the latest sports, weather and world news. The 2nd living area also has a 46" LCD/DVD. Climate is controlled with reverse cycle AC/Heating in the main living area. The master bedroom also has AC and all bedrooms have fans. For a winter stay there is central ducted heating and a Coonara fireplace giving extra ambience.
