My husband and I brought our employees and their wives here for our annual Christmas get together and a great time was had by all! We enjoyed all of the amenities including the pool, tennis court, billiards table and 2 fireplaces. We enjoyed lounging on the beautiful verandah at sunset watching the kangaroos and rabbits wander past while sipping wine and having a few laughs.
This lovely home is quirky and spacious so if you are looking for something completely different than the rest...this is the one!
Thanks for a great week-end...we will definitely be back.

We recently hired Belmore in Bundanoon for a wedding. It was everything we hoped it would be. A beautiful modern house in tranquil landscaped grounds. The house was immaculate when we arrived. Swathes of white roses and purple lavender in bloom and kangaroos hopping around the adjacent fields.
All of our guests were walking around with their jaws open on arrival. From the drive past the lakes and swans, past the silver birch lining the approach and even some late arrivals having a stand off with a stubborn wombat on the driveway (resolved without incident).
Both the owners and the property manager were superb when we asked for someone to look at the pool filter and explain the heating system. Resolving everything quickly and without fuss.
The house is vast but very comfortable. Some of the furniture may not be to everyones tastes. Some rickety chairs and mis-matched couches, but we loved it. Everyone who stayed was comfortable and relaxed and we all left having enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would definitely hire Belmore again and again. Viva Belmore.

Thank you so much for opening your divine property to visitors. We felt like we were in a country house in France. Bellmore is very well appointed, the house is enormous, our 3 families with 6 kids in total had all the room we needed, with bedrooms to spare. All the double bedrooms are huge, the kitchen is fabulous, as a keen cook I was very impressed. We visited in spring which is still cool, the many fire places kept us warm, but the added bonus was that the house was heated, the fireplaces were a lovely bonus! The grounds of the property are lovely, with a tennis court and pool which would be great in the warmer months. Bundanoon is a great place to visit, there are quirky markets to see and Bowral is only a short distance away. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property.

This house is amazing! There is nothing lacking with this place. Even though there were 20 of us there was so much room ....it felt like we had a weekend without the kids even though they were with us! We will definitely be visiting again! Worth every cent!

Bellmore is the most amazing architectural space. We had a family reunion for winter in July and sat around the fire playing scrabble and drinking red wine. Children didn't want to leave and neither did we. Thank you

This house has WOW factor. We went away with 8 couples and we all had private bedrooms. It was fantastic just need to be careful of smoking fireplaces and the tennis court needs to be resurfaced. It was just perfect for what we needed which was an 'adults' only long weekend with tennis and pool table.
