Birchgrove Lodge is everything your Blue Mountains Bed & Breakfast 'escape' should be. It is warm, comfortable, quiet and convenient.

Comprising bedroom with ensuite and separate sitting room, Birchgrove Lodge has luxury bed linen, soft bath towels, pure wool duvet and plump comfortable pillows. A selection of teas, plunger coffee and chocolate biscuits wait for you in the sitting room to be enjoyed whilst you relax and read a book or watch a movie. A light breakfast is provided to your sitting room in the morning.

The village centre of Wentworth Falls shops and cafes is only a 15 minute walk, Leura shops and cafes are just a 5 minute drive away, 10 minutes to the Three Sisters.

Birchgrove Lodge is a unique, stylish, cosy and affordable retreat where you can rest, unwind, celebrate, enjoy the bed, watch a movie, or read a book.

We regret that Birchgrove Lodge is definitely unsuitable for children of any age (including babies & toddlers )

Birchgrove Lodge is STRICTLY NON SMOKING , please use the garden for smoking (an ashtray is provided on the outside table).

LOCATION

Birchgrove Lodge is located at 54 Fletcher Street, Wentworth Falls, just:
- a few minutes walk to The Wentworth Falls, Valley of the Waters, surrounding bushwalks and lookouts with stunning views across the Jamison Valley and The Conservtion Hut.
- 15 minutes walk to the village centre, with shops and cafes
- 5 minutes walk to park and picnic areas.

DIRECTIONS

By Car
Turn off the Great Western Highway at the traffic lights at Falls Road, just after lights at Wentworth Falls village Follow the road until you see a brown sign to the Valley of the Waters and The Conservation Hut on your right. Take the right hand turn and drive over the next cross street (Langford Street), Birchgrove Lodge is the third house from the corner.

By Train
Alight at Wentworth Falls and follow directions as above or take a 5-minute taxi ride to Birchgrove Lodge (54 Fletcher Street).

CANCELLATION POLICY
The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

If you cancel more than 28 days prior to your arrival date, an admin charge of $30.00 applies.

If you cancel 0 - 28 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is non refundable.

Part Cancellation is not accepted.

The owners of Birchgrove Lodge reserve the right to cancel any booking, due to unavoidable & unforeseen circumstances.

In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, & although we appreciate most will respect our property, because of occasional abuse, the following Terms & Conditions apply.

The reservation & booking constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept & agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of occupancy of Birchgrove Lodge.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to alter or cancel a booking due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances,in which case a full refund of the deposit will apply.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

Birchgrove Lodge & its facilities is let for 2 people only & exclusively for holiday accommodation. Minimum stay is 1 days and Maximum stay is 7 days. The use of the accommodation & its facilities by additional persons is not permitted.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the accommodation is the responsibility of the guest.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the house. An undercover area is provided outside.
