Apartment Types and Descriptions

Studio Apartment Rates from $155 per night
Our Studio Apartments are our most cost-effective option, accommodating up to two guests in a luxurious King size bed, with a beautifully designed large ensuite bathroom and powder room and the added bonus of a separate sitting room that is spacious and stylish. There are no cooking facilities in this apartment type, tea and coffee making provisions are provided and there is a refrigerator.

1 Bedroom Apartment Rates from $210 per night
Our One bedroom fully equipped apartments provide a lavish bedroom with chic ensuite bathroom, spacious living area furnished with quality modern contemporary furniture and accommodate two guests in a king size bed, with a full featured kitchen, laundry facilities and large balcony.

2 Bedroom Apartment Rates from $275 per night
You are sure to be impressed by the staggering amount of space in our two bedroom apartments, both with stylish ensuite’s, a powder room, accommodating four guests in luxurious king size beds or two singles, stunningly furnished living area, separate dining room, a full featured modern kitchen , laundry facilities and large balcony.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully as you are bound by these when staying at Indulge Apartments properties.


Reservation
To book one of the Indulge Apartments, you may call us on , book online through our website or email us on with your contact details and a member from reservations will contact you to confirm your reservation.

A minimum of one night’s deposit is required to secure your reservation. No reservation is secured until a deposit is paid and a valid credit card on file, if no credit card is available a bond is required (as detailed in “Bond Conditions”).

Balance of payment will be automatically processed 48 hours prior to arrival on the valid credit card on file.


Payments
The person/s or entities registered as or on behalf of the guest/s agree to pay in full all tariffs, surcharges and other charges incurred during the stay at Indulge Apartments.

All rates are quoted in Australian dollars.

Payments can be made via online bank transfer*, cash, EFTPOS, or via credit card. Major credit cards are accepted including; Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

*Note payments via overseas Online Bank Transfer will incur a $7 fee.

*Note payments via American Express will incur a 3% fee

Cash can only be accepted when paid in person as agreed, during normal business hours.

Invoices will only be issued if pre arranged and approved by management.

Cheques are only accepted if pre arranged and approved by Management and received, banked and cleared one week prior to arrival.

Minimum Charge to credit card is $10.00.


Bond Conditions
The registered guest must provide a valid credit card upon making a reservation which will be kept on file for security purposes. If the registered guest does not have a valid credit card, we require a cash bond of $400 at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Refund of the security bond is subject to inspection of the apartment upon departure and the return of all keys.

The guest will automatically forfeit the bond if:
* Any item is stolen or removed from the premises
* There is any damage caused to Indulge Apartments property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. This includes all items and structures inside the apartment and all external and communal areas on the Indulge Apartments properties.
* The guest breaches the above ‘No Parties’ policy and refuses to leave the premises
* The guest breaches any of the listed Terms and Conditions

Other incidental charges (as described below) will be deducted from your bond or if total is greater than your bond amount you will be invoiced for balance owing which is due and payable the day of departure.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hrs prior to arrival date (except during peak periods). Should you cancel within 48 hrs of your arrival you will forfeit your first night’s accommodation payment. In the event of a reservation cancellation being made after check-in or for no-shows, there is no refund applicable. There is no refund for cancellations made for Peak Period reservations or Friday and Saturday nights.

Check in/out
Indulge Apartments offer self service express check in and check out. Each apartment has a key safe located at the property; this will contain the keys to your apartment. 48 hours prior to your arrival, once your balance has been processed, the access instructions, including: location details, car parking instructions, and access codes to your key safe and buildings (where applicable) will be emailed through to you.

If you would prefer to have a personal welcome, please arrange this at time of making reservation.

Check-in can occur 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, within the allocated times. Check is from 2pm daily and check out is at 10am.

A late departure fee will be charged to the guest if they do not adhere to the check out time as the house keeping staff will be delayed.

Early check-in and late checkout by arrangement only, subject to availability.


Car Parking
Onsite off street car parking is available all Indulge Apartments properties apartments.

Please note: Car spaces are limited at the Langtree property, after hours, on weekends and public holidays you may park in any available car park, during business hours there are two available car parks and cannot be booked, alternatively there is parking available on Langtree Avenue.

Management advises that guests park their vehicles at their own risk.

Damage & Theft
Guest/s shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to keys, furniture, fixtures and all fittings in the apartment/s and associated common areas. Fair wear and tear excluded.
Indulge Apartments shall not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for, the loss, theft or damage to any property whatsoever brought onto the premises.

The guest will be liable for repair or replacement costs if:
* Any item is stolen or removed from the premises
* There is any damage caused to Indulge Apartments property, by the guest or anyone invited onto the property by the guest. This includes all items and structures inside the apartment and all external and communal areas on the Indulge Apartments properties.
* The guest breaches the ‘No Parties’ policy and refuses to leave the premises
* Other incidental charges (as described below)

And will be deducted from your bond, charged to your credit card or invoiced to the registered guest all of which are due and payable on day of departure.


Incidental charges
Extra charges including telephone usage, valet dry cleaning, restaurant charge backs, loss of keys, and any breakages, theft or damage will be charged to your valid credit card or deducted from your bond or if total is greater than your bond amount you will be invoiced for balance owing (see above for Bond conditions) at the end of your stay. (minimum charge to credit card - $10.00)

There is a $35 call out fee to unlock apartments when the keys have been locked inside.

A minimum of $60 will be charged for cleaning if the apartment is left excessively unclean.

For all guests' convenience, Indulge Apartments has a strict non smoking policy. A penalty fee of up to $500 applies to those not observing this policy (as detailed under “No Smoking Policy”).

Please note for all restaurant charge backs, pantry packs, newspaper delivery and valet dry cleaning, a 3% surcharge will be incurred for credit card payments to cover charges (4% surcharge for American Express credit cards).


No Smoking Policy
Indulge Apartments actively enforce a strict No Smoking Policy inside all apartments and properties; this is for all guests' comfort and enjoyment of the apartments. For the convenience of smokers outside areas may be used and ash trays are provided. A penalty fee of up to $500 applies to those not observing this policy and will be processed on the valid credit card on file or deducted from the bond.


No Party and Excessive Noise Policy
Indulge Apartments actively enforce a No Party and Excessive Noise Policy. No parties of any kind are permitted on any premises. Any person(s) whether they be the registered guest or a visitor(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment, or exceeding the maximum number of permitted guests will be evicted without refund. Any subsequent damage will be charged to the registered guest.

The number of guests in the apartment/s at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared when booking. Should at any time the number of guests in the room/s exceed the number declared, Indulge Apartments reserves the right to either charge extra according to the additional number of guests or alternatively terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund.




Personal Belongings
Management reserves the right to accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for any damaged items and or payments for any items left on premise after guest departure. No responsibility can be accepted for personal goods left behind on departure.

Lost property will be held for no longer than Thirty days. At the end of the Thirty days all lost property will be donated to a charity of choice by Indulge Apartments.

All items will be held in off premise storage and will be available for collection with prior notification, however we will not be held responsible for items uncollected. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that all items are collected when pre-arranged.

Indulge Apartments will gladly arrange return of these items upon request. Indulge Apartments uses Australia Post COD Mail to have items returned to a supplied address. Indulge Apartments will not be held accountable for any costs incurred for return of these items. Guests requesting items to be returned are to pay for the packaging and freight costs upon collection.


Recycling and Garbage
Garbage must be disposed of in the allocated bins in your apartment, if there is excess rubbish please dispose of in council bins downstairs in car park area, rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

Indulge Apartments reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Your reservation constitutes an acceptance of any such modification and we advise you to refer to these terms and conditions regularly.
