Tyrone Pines is a luxury town house style Apartment located right opposite the foreshore at the southern end of Rye and is one of the best calm beach foreshores on the Mornington Peninsula.

Tyrone Pines is rated a 4 star accommodation by BBFAA of Victoria and is a member of local tourism associations.

The Private Apartment for up to 4 guests, is tastefully furnished with wooden floors downstairs and carpeted in both bedrooms.

There are 3 outside entertainment areas.
The roof deck has close up water views
The front patio has a gas gourmet BBQ and undercover seating
The 3rd side patio has an umbrella and private seating.
The front and side patios are just outside the sliding doors from the Lounge and Dining areas.

One Queen size bedrooms and en suite style bathroom on the ground floor. The bathroom has a shower and there is a 2nd toilet with a vanity next door which can be accessed from the hallway.
Instant gas hot water here - no chance of a cold shower !

The 2nd Queen bedroom is on the first level with views over the water.

Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area have a large 40 inch Plasma TV with Platinum Foxtel and DVD player.
Leather sofa seating and lots of books and games.
There is a gas wall heater plus an air con unit for extra heating and cooling.

The kitchen has a large fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, electric upright stove with 4 hotplates and oven. Plus dishwasher, cutlery and crockery for all.

Laundry with a washing machine, iron and board. Drying area in the Courtyard next to the undercover parking area for a boat or 2 cars.

Rear gated entry with space for a small boat or jet-ski
All Linen is included in your price, including beach towels ! Walk to the calm bay side beach just over the road.

Accommodation is for up to 4 guests.

Please note we do not provide high chairs or cots for babies
or small children but babies and children of all ages are welcome. Extra space in the top bedroom for a cot.

Walk to the local shops, Rye pub, fish n chips in Rye - Approx 20 mins

4 Boat Ramps to choose from, all 2 mins away

Dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Age and breed is required for approval.

We also have a Studio Apartment on the Ocean side of Rye on 5 acres called Abode in Style for up to 3 guests with all linen provided. One night Stays are welcome there.
Children over 5 only and one small dog by prior arrangement.

The Front Bay side beach of Rye is just a walk over the road from the Apartment. The water here is calm and shallow. Great for a small or young family. There are lots of cycle tracks along the foreshore. 5 min drive to the Supermarket.

Many golf courses, wineries, weekend markets and historic sites to visit. 15 min drive to the Point Nepean Park at the entrance to the bay called ( the rip) where the ocean meets the bay water.

Visit the rock pools and sand dunes on the Ocean side - 10 min drive. Surfing for the very experienced or surf fishing.

10 mins drive to the Peninsula Mineral Hot Springs - open every day from 7.30 am to 10.00 pm
Drop a line in from the Rye jetty after getting your bait from the local store at the front.

Lots of art galleries, Red Hill Brewery, berry picking in season and the car ferry at Sorrento for a 40 min trip across the bay.
The ferry runs on the hour every hour from approx 8.00am to dusk. There are lots of unique things to do in this area with an event on every month somewhere close.

Tyrone Pines is in a good central spot with privacy, views and OH So close to the water.
