The apartment has a north easterly aspect and a large balcony with views to Fort Denison in Sydney Harbour. This apartment is in a security building and has a single secure basement parking space available, if required.
Totally renovated, this air conditioned apartment has quality appliances, modern furnishings and polished timber floors. Each bedroom is carpeted, one has a king (splits to 2 singles) and the other a queen bed with built in wardrobes. The lounge/dining area includes a table for six, two sofas, TV, DVD, video and sound system. There is a gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped including oven, cook top, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a full bath and separate shower. The internal laundry is fitted with a washing machine and dryer. For alfresco dining, the balcony has a table and four chairs. Minimum Stay 4 nights.

Only 200 metres from the last bus stop before The Harbour Bridge. You can be in the Sydney CBD within 5 - 8 minutes. Buses are also available for Chatswood, Willoughby and the Northern Beaches, Taronga Zoo, Mosman and Manly.
Neutral Bay has many trendy shops, cafes, restaurants and the famous Oaks Hotel. Take a bus to other areas along Military Road to explore the shops and eating. In addition, there are banks, supermarkets and medical facilites within easy walking distance.
