Booking Information
1.) A 50% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the accommodation cost must be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
2.) Bookings made less than 28 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of the booking.
3.) Only 1 advertised tariff discount (Special Offer, Long Stay Discount & Last Minute) may be used on any individual booking. Discounts do not accrue or compound for or on any tariff rates.
4.) A refundable security bond of $250 is payable prior to check in. IF PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION IS PAID BY CREDIT CARD THEN PAYMENT OF THE SECURITY BOND IS NOT REQUIRED. Credit Card secures security bond.
5.) The property owners reserve the right to refuse any booking at any time without reason.
