Position Perfect on the waterfront in the Northen end of the Gold Coast. This large one level home has 5brms, state of the art media room, bar, huge outdoor deck area with pool and water feature. An ideal holiday home which is very close to the theme parks DreamworldMovieworld Whitewater World Outback Spectacular.
There is a large outdoor pool which has a water feature and is fully fenced for safety. You can tie up your boat on the jetty or try your luck at fishing.

There is also a very large family room, dining area and bar with extra high ceilings. The kitchen is fully self contained and has stone bench tops.
There are 5 bedrooms:-
Bedroom 1 has a King bed suite plus ensuite with spa bath;
Bed 2 has one Queen bed suite
Bed 3 has a Double bed suite;
Bed 4 & 5 has two single bunk beds which can sleep 4 people.
We can accomodate 14 people in beds.
Pets on application.
The location of this private home is ideal for families. With only a 2 minute drive to the major theme parks including Movie World, Dream World and WetnWild the kids will be entertained for days. The Sanctuary Cove Village which features the marina, restaurants, shops and markets is only 5 minutes away. Alternatively partake in a round of golf with friends or take a country drive to the nearby Mount Tambourine. Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports are about 45 minutes away.
Entertain at home, get active, explore what the Gold Coast has to offer or just sit back and enjoy the wonderful water views this beautiful home has to offer.
There is a minimum 5 night stay in high season
We can book tours, car hire, airport transfers and theme park tickets from our office.
