HARBOUR HEAVEN

With panoramic views out over the harbour, this contemporary pole house has been designed to maximise the easterly views and sea breezes. A light and spacious 'treehouse', the home has many stunning features, from the soaring lines of its internal wave roof to the gourmet kitchen.

The home features polished Blackbutt timber floorboards, and bi-fold doors on two-levels, which open out to entertaining decks. These doors fold back to provide a seamless feel between inside and out, perfect for summer soirees or alfresco dining.

Both floors feature two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area with bi-fold doors leading to an entertaining deck.

Please NOTE that our house has staircases and open balconies 3 stories above ground level It is not suited to young children.

Entry to the home from the open-air carparking platform (with two spaces) is via one flight of timber stairs, which leads to a level walkway to the front door on the top level.

The house is perfectly suited to two families travelling together, with each occupying their own floor and sharing kitchen and laundry facilities. (Each floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom).

There’s always something happening at this bustling Jetty location, you can watch trains pass-by at the foot of the hill below, see boats head out to the ocean, and even see planes pass over the harbour.

You’re in a prime position to sit back and watch the changing water activities, from tiny sailboats navigating the calm harbour waters to luxury yachts arriving from the open ocean.

When you decide to hit the beach yourself, it’s just a walk away.

THE TOP FLOOR

The stunning water views are visible from the second you open the glass front door, with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading out to the top floor entertaining deck.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a walk-in pantry with family-sized fridge/freezer, clean white cupboards with terrazzo bench-tops and a freestanding stainless steel Ilve cooker. Whip up a feast on the gas cooktop and electric oven, or char-grill the prawns on the verandah barbecue while watching the sun set over the harbour.

There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter, as well as a six-seater timber dining table indoors, and an outdoor verandah table with two long benches that can seat up to eight. (There are an additional six plastic chairs for internal use if required).

A four seater couch with ottoman is the perfect spot to relax and watch a DVD on the 50 inch plasma television, or bring your favourite music to load onto the micro sound system.

The top floor also has the master bedroom with walk-in-robe and access to the main bathroom, with its re-surfaced cast iron bath tub and spacious walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is ideal for children, with a hand-crafted single bed, as well as a comfortable pull out single trundle bed. There are also some toys for your childrens\\' use, along with a few kids\\' DVDs - all aimed at ensuring you can pack a little lighter for the trip!

THE LOWER FLOOR

Head down the hand-crafted stairwell, complete with wide, central landing to the spacious lower floor.

There’s a living room with bi-fold doors out to an easterly entertaining deck, and this room has a sofa bed that can sleep two.

The third bedroom has a queen sized four poster bed, and a trademark hot pink feature wall, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed and water views.

The lower floor bathroom has another full bath (under a shower) making it equally suitable for families.

The laundry, complete with washer, dryer and hanging rail is also located on this level and there is an adjoining drying deck with undercover clothes line.
