Less than 3 hours from Sydney and Canberra, this exquisite home has 2 large bedrooms, one with a king and the other a queen bed, 2 bathrooms, an office, a fully equipped laundry and gourmet kitchen. All this encompasses large open plan living areas that support magnificent cathedral ceilings. Di's Hill offers full facilities and even has a bath big enough for 2 to enjoy the stars and lake whilst sipping champagne by candlelight.
All rooms have large windows that overlook the beautiful Budawang mountain ranges, Lake Conjola and the tranquil rural landscape of Sunny Hills Farm. The large glass sliding doors in the lounge room open fully to bring the outside in. You can admire the views from inside the home as well as several outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. For those glorious romantic nights, there is a Mexican fireplace on the main deck.
Lots of enjoyable inclusions, reverse cycle air conditioning, duck-down feather dooners, ice maker and filtered water refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, big double bath, 4 burner bbq, an extensive DVD/bluray collection, huge 55" wall-hung LCD tv, blue-ray player, and lots more.
Plenty of wildlife coexists around the property, wombats, kangaroos, swans, pelicans, rabbits, cows, horses and sea eagles. Even the odd lyrebird and echidna's can be seen.
Pets are very welcome to enjoy a family holiday with you at Di's Hill. Owners prior approval is needed.
Attractions
Set on acreage, this very private, secluded paradise will satisfy holiday makers who are adventurous or those who just want to sit back and relax. There are many nearby walking trails and 4 wheel driving tracks. The lake can be used for fishing, water skiing, canoeing and swimming. Lake Conjola is a very large lake with lots of creeks and areas to explore. It eventually feeds into the ocean. Fishing is good for bream, flathead, whiting and taylor. Crabbing and prawning is very successful also.
This executive home is only 10 minutes away from surf beaches, Green Island and the historic village of Milton (circa 1860) with its boutique shops, art galleries, markets, cafes, restaurants and an historic theatre.
5 more minutes away you will find Mollymook and Ulladulla with their pristine beaches, 9 and 18 hole golf courses, cinemas, clubs, shops and restaurants.
Jervis Bay is close by and has organised whale and dolphin watching cruises. Jervis Bay also host's Hyams Beach with the 'finest and whitest sand in the world' according to The Guinness Book of Records.

Beautiful sunshine, clear blue skies, peaceful rolling green hills - and the freshest of fresh air! Di's Hill is the epitome of the ultimate country escape for worn-out city folk like us! It has the best of two very different worlds - seas of rolling green, in the stunning hinterland, which flow gently to the azure blue seas of the coast.
We've had so much fun exploring this incredible place. It was always a relief to pull into the driveway of Di's Hill after a big day out; our comfortable 'hill top' home away from home! This amazing house accommodated the five of us perfectly. We loved watching all of the 'cow action' from the hill top!
Fishing from the local bridge for an entire afternoon proved to be very cathartic indeed. A 3 hour lunch at Bannisters on a perfectly clear day = HEAVEN!! Soo many stunning places to enjoy - Cunjurong Point, Washerwoman's Beach at Bendalong (fine, white sand, great off leash area, many sting rays); Tabourie Lake (good fishing platform - nice beach); Dolphin Point (pretty) and Mollymook - lovely, heavenly Mollymook!
We packed our bags with heavy hearts tonight. We're now watching our last Masterchef episode at Di's Hill. Our little ex-RSPCA dog, Tilly, is tucked up in her bed with a big smile on her doggy face! She's had 'the holiday' of her life!
Di's Hill definitely rates a strong "5" out of 5 from us!!! We are already planning a return trip. Perhaps a different time of year for a different experience.
