Our guests feel completely spoiled in this relaxed accommodation, surrounded by beauty & the discerning warm touches found throughout the house, including original artworks and luxurious furniture.
The House
Once within the private courtyard, the entire lush garden, open plan dining, living and kitchen areas become one. With the floor to ceiling glass walls designed to catch the cool ocean breezes this light filled home provides the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living at the beach.
You are within your own tranquil sanctuary. The garden courtyard space is secure, lockable and child & dog friendly. Cooling in summer and flooded in northern winter sunshine.
Upstairs, revel in the light filled sunroom with a pull-out double sofa-bed if required and second TV/DVD & library. Off the sunroom are two bedrooms and an elegant bathroom with a deep soaker bath. The master bedroom has an Asian style low queen bed & air-cond. Two single ensemble beds make up the restful second bedroom, which can be made up into a king size bed on request.
A toy cupboard & games is provided, along with children's cutlery, plates & cups. We guarantee if the kids are happy then you are.
The carport is accessed by remote control garage door and separate secure storage is provided for boards, bikes, kites or canoes.
Attractions
Closeness to everything allows teenagers to come and go as they please. Spend your days exploring the cafes & shops, of the village. Take beautiful morning walks with your best friend the dog, run, swim or surf along the infinite beach.
A colourful and convenient market is held alongside the lake on every 2nd and 5th Sunday of the month.
The Ocean View cafe at the surf club is great family value or pick up your papers at the friendly 'Blackboard' just around the corner and have a great coffee.
However, if you do decide to take a drive there are many vibrant surrounding towns & villages & rainforests that are renowned with many unique attractions and nestled in some of the most beautiful countryside Australia has to offer. The original Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, historic Bangalow, Mullumbimby, & the iconic Nimbin.

We had a great time . The house is lovely and suited us very well . Our two teenagers relaxed and we all enjoyed ourselves . We did not bring our dog but may next time
The location is great , a patrolled surf beach , Lake Ainsworth and two coffee shops all within a couple of minutes walk . Lennox heads is a great village , quieter than Byron but only 20 minutes away . We stayed a week but could have happily stayed 2 . Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away at Lakesong. The house had a very peaceful and relaxing feel to it while still having all the amenities you could possibly need. Being just a short stroll to the beach we shared our time between walking our dog and relaxing in comfort.

LakeSong has exceeded our expectations by 100%... the place is amazing with a wonderful location, everything provided that u could possibly need. Puzzles, books, towels, beach chairs, even dog toys!! Thank U for the special touches like frangipani's on the table & wine in the fridge. We would love to stay again.

The place was welcoming and warm which was a great introduction to my holiday. It was clean and very well equipped and felt like home away from home. We stayed for a week and had a very relaxing time with the beach and tea tree lake close by. Breakfast at the surf club was a treat. It was a great location with shops nearby. I highly recommend it!

Easy Location, completely equipped - couldn't ask for anything more in this lovely, fresh apartment. Haven't walked together with our little poppy pooch for so long. We were exhausted & relaxed everyday. LakeSong is so clean & well appointed we really didn't need to bring anything but ourselves!! What a great week we've had - weather was "so so" - didn't matter. We had a lovely time at LakeSong and hope to come back soon. It was in a great location, well presented and clean, with secure fencing. Just perfect for a weekend away������and a bit longer. Thanks also for the complimentary wine and nibbles, always a nice touch and much appreciated. Lucy loved all the long walks, particularly the off leash beach area. Just fantastic to have that.

Every detail is thought of at Lakesong to make your stay comfortable - this is a beatifully designed and fitted home. Well located just one block from the beach and close to shops, cafes and surf clubs. The only challenge was close bedrooms and just one bathroom, but perfect for a family of four.

Lakesong was a magical place to stay, in an amazing part of the world. The townhouse is beautifully furnished and thoughtfully detailed. Everything is of the highest quality and the little touches make all the difference. We stayed for two nights but really wanted to stay for a month. The proximity to the lake and the beach was fabulous we saw sunrises, sunsets and an amazing full moon rise; all a very short walk away from Lakesong. There's a g=
reat cafe just around the corner and you don't need your car for anything i=
n town. The owners are very kind and thoughtful and you will feel very comfortable and indulged here. Most of all, it was wonderful to share this special getaway with our pooch, who is counting the days until she can return.

We stayed at lakesong recently and were very impressed, it is by far the nicest pet friendly place we have stayed. Nothing is forgotten from the dog towels and toys to local organic chocolates and tea & coffee. Children are catered for with books and toys for all ages. Beach towels and bags to get your groceries and basic items in the pantry. Fresh flowers and music to greet you with cold beer and wine awaiting you in the fridge. The place was super clean, no evidence of previous dogs or doggy smells at all. Courtyard is very secure. You can hear the ocean as you fall asleep at night. Very convenient location right near the dog beach and lake. Owners very friendly, helpful and considerate.

What a fabulous place to stay! It's so hard to find a quality place that accepts pets but you don't need to look any further than Lakesong. The house is decorated and furnished with quality contemporary fittings and furnishings and the kitchen is so well equipped. Even if you don't bring your four legged friend (furry child) the townhouse is perfect. It is only a short walk to a fabulous dog off leash beach, the wonderful cafes and restaurants of Lennox Head and the sound of the waves is a nice way to go to sleep. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Dear Paula - thank you so much for our lovely stay at LakeSong. We had a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating time. LakeSong was just perfect for our stay - it is so beautifully appointed and we so enjoyed our complementary bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival :-)
LakeSong is perfectly located near the dog friendly beach and close to the Lake. It is also only a short walk to the township down the road.
We are sure to visit with our puppy dog again soon.

Our family has just spent 5 days at Lakesong. Congratulations to the owners on having such a beautiful property to rent and share with others. The bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy. Brilliant and stylish bathroom with excellent bath and shower facilities. Upstairs loungeroom/3rd bedroom stacked with books and boardgames. And then downstairs, a beautifully equipped kitchen enhanced by a welcoming bottle of wine, local freshly ground coffee and chocolates on arrival. Downstairs loungeroom very stylishly designed with comfortable furniture and a gallery of prints on the walls. Fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer was also welcome. And don't get me started on the courtyard - brilliant, fully enclosed, beautiful gardens, gas barbeque. A great place to sit around with friends and family for a cuppa or a barbeque with a few wines to wind up in the morning or wind down in the afternoon. Loved it!!!! Everything great about Lakesong is because of the thoughtfullness of the owners wanting their guests to have a quality and relaxing holiday. (There was even a little sewing kit in the kitchen cupboard in case of any little emergency mending jobs that sometimes need to be done, even on holidays) And then there's the location, near the lake and the beach. What more could you ask for???

Ideally located at the best end of the Lennox beach, the house is very stylish and well equipped. The courtyard is nice and safe (for both kids and dogs) and very relaxing under the palms, especially at dusk with a glass of wine. We especially appreciated Paola supplying a small table/chairs, dolls house and umpteen ideal toys for our almost 3 year old. She didn't want to come home! Thanks again, we hope to be back one day soon.

Despite the wet weather, we loved Lakesong, as did our Labrador, Bailey. Well-appointed rooms and kitchen were much appreciated, as well as the audio visual gear in the lounge. Close to the beach, and to the centre of town...We'll be back.

I am afraid that Lake Song ill become so popular I won't be able to get in! It was fabulous. Totally and utterly equipped, Beautifully furnished, one block to the see or Lke Ainsworth. We had a fantasic time and would highly, highly recommend it as long as is wasn't when I want to go back!

BEAUTIFUL. Perfect distance to beach and fresh water tea tree lake only 200 metres, making it easy to get to and from the beach without much hassle. The key safe was great aswell to not have to worry about anything when you left the house. The house was gorgeous with beautiful gardens enhancing the atmosphere.

LakeSong was just lovely. I loved how we could be in such a gorgeous property and have our dog with us.
I loved walking in and seeing the wine, chocolates, local coffee and tea waiting for me in the kitchen.
LakeSong is in a great spot, only about a 1 minute walk from the beach. You can hear the waves from the property.
I hope to stay there again in the future.

LakeSong had everything we needed for our stay and with wet weather the spacious design and collection of books and games and big screen TV meant that our children didn't feel cooped up or bored and we all had a wonderful relaxing time.

Sadly our stay in Lennox Head is at an end, our few days holiday being enhanced with the apartment at LakeSong. So comfortable and peaceful, well equipped a delight for us and our small dog in the well designed secure garden, dimly lit amongst the foliage for our tranquil romantic evenings, easy access to the beach.

What an amazing place! I don't think that there was anything that the owners had not thought of to ensure a wonderful holiday! We stayed a week and were to disappointed to leave. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakesong to anyone wanting a holiday in the area with or without their pet...and the owners Paula and Paul are fantastic to deal with, as well!
