The 3 guest rooms are in a separate wing of the house with their own entrance, shared bathroom and private courtyard and have their own huge lounge (with television, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, library and games), dining room, hall and bathroom. Huge extended gourmet continental breakfast included.

King Garden Deluxe Room - $115 first night ($105 per night thereafter).
King Room - $105 first night ($95 per night thereafter).

Hamilton East Guest Stay is located 5 blocks from Newcastle's main street and is in the centre of Newcastle's 3 main dining areas (Darby St, Beaumont St and The Junction). 5 block walk to free buses to CBD and buses to Newcastle Uni, John Hunter and Mater Hospitals, Court House, Energy Australia Stadium, Broadmeadow RacetrackCivic Theatre and beaches.

45 minutes drive to the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Ideal place to stay when attending concerts there. Due to congestion during concerts at those venues it is advisable to stay in Newcastle and catch one of the numerous buses taking guests there (unless your accommodation is a short walk over the paddocks!)
