Main Bedroom is air conditioned and has a King Size Bed with LCD TV at the foot of the bed that lifts, a modern ensuite and a walk in wardrobe with mirrored sliding door .
The second bedroom also has a king size bed and a large mirrored wardrobe.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a large mirrored wardrobe
The fourth bedroom which is an open room away from the living areas has four single fold away (commercial quality) beds, two couches and a full length mirrored wardrobe. This can be used as a rumpus/playroom also.
This property is for a relaxing and affordable holiday house for families and mature groups in a quiet neighbourhood. We do not accept party groups or schoolies.. Please do not apply for a booking if you are intending to use this as a venue for functions, parties or boozy weekends as these are strictly prohibited by the local authorities.
We charge a flat rate per night which includes linen hire and a light clean. Weekend and shorter than weekly stays have a surcharge. We ask that guests leave the house clean and tidy but are happy to include cleaning as an additional charge if guests would like cleaning included. We also offer a discount for longer stays of two weeks and over.
Twenty minute walk to Broadbeach attractions Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Beach.
Two Car Accomodation and driveway for additional parking,
Electric Security Gate to Property, intercom to front gate for security. Fully fenced. Pontoon for fishing or bring your boat. Two kayaks for fun times exploring the canal system.
