It sleeps up to 10 people. 3 queen bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 double bunks, all with abundant built-in wardrodes. Queen beds have new comfort-top mattresses. All beds have Sheridan sheets. A porta-cot can be made available on request.

2 separate loungerooms, both with TV and DVD players. 2nd TV room (which is great for the kids) also has Wii and Playstation 2/3. There is a great selection of DVDs and Wii games left at the property for guest use. There is also an I-Pod dock in main living area as well as a CD player.
The property has 2 1/2 bathrooms including master bedroom ensuite. Main bathroom has a spa bath.
Huge kitchen and dining area. Kitchen has caesar-stone benchtops and includes large fridge, oven and stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and most importantly a coffee machine!!.
2 outdoor entertaining areas, including courtyard off the main living rooms, and a huge upstairs balcony ideal for summer afternoons relaxing with friends and lazing on the outdoor lounges. New BBQ in front courtyard.
There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Property has reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The property has a double lock-up garage with remote control, as well as an extra visitor parking bay.
There is a keypad on front door, which means there are no keys to pick up or worry about. An access code is given when booking is confirmed.
It takes 4 minutes to walk to the sand, and 5 minutes to main Terrigal shopping strip.
*This property is non-smoking. Evidence of smoking incurs loss of bond.

A 50% deposit is required to block out dates on the calendar.
A 50% cancellation fee is charged for less than 24hours notice.
A 10% cancellation fee is charged for less than 2 weeks notice.
The property WILL NOT be rented to any "Schoolies" groups. Please do not attempt to rent this property if a young group. Extra identification and checks required during this period.
A credit card number is required to keep on file in lieu of bond, for significant breakages. A cash bond will be accepted if you don't want to leave credit card details.
Weekend price includes cleaning and linen service. For midweek only bookings add extra $250 for cleaning and linen service.

When we arrived the place was very well presented and it got better...it was extremely close (walking distance) to everything..shops, bars, beaches etc.
This townhouse was great value, and alot bigger then anticipated.
Would not hesitate to go back there... good times had by all...Another tick for the team and their Bucket List!

Awesome week. Fabulous property for our 2 families to share but have our own space. Kids had great fun on the playstation and Wii, and also made good use of the surfboards.
The property was clean, spacious, bright and very well situated.

A beautiful appointed holiday home with quality finishes. Large spacious rooms with 2 great outside entertaining decks bathed in sushine one ideal for breakfast and the other for sundowners. The kitchen was well stocked with platters and glasses which was ideal for us as we were a party of 5 lovely ladies from Sydney on a girls weekend! The location of the house is fabulous with the beach at the end of the road and a 5 minute walk to the cafe's, lovely boutiques and shops. We didn't have to use our cars at all. The owners have thought of everything including luxury linen and toiletries. Congratulations!

I highly recommend this house. It is reasonably priced and the amount of space is fantastic. The three bathrooms, two car garage and bed space created comfortable living. We also enjoyed the selection of DVDs. Would definitely stay there again.

This townhouse was much larger than we expected. Bigger than the pictures show. Our 2 families had plenty of space to spread out. Beds very comfortable and showers great. The garage for 2 cars and the extra carspace was very handy, and we loved being able to park the cars and then walk everywhere. Great location for kids. We will return!

We had an awesome break over the Easter holidays. For once it wasn't raining! Great property for our large group, plenty of space for us all to relax and unwind. We spent most afternoons on the large balcony sipping wine and watching the sun go down! The house had everything we needed, and it was great to go somewhere with quality beds (that is really important to me). The owners were very easy to deal with, regarding the booking process, and we loved not having keys to pick up and to worry about at the beach. Thanks for a fab week!

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The beds were so comfortable, and we all felt well rested after long days at the beach. The 2 separate tv/living areas were fantastic and meant the kids could play Wii while the adults enjoyed their space downstairs. Huge DVD collection!
Close enough to the shops for the kids to walk and get icecreams after dinner, but far enough away from the "bowl" to be peaceful. Easy few minutes to the beach. Great stay!

My family and I have just spent a weekend at this property. The accomodation is very spacious and is well fitted out with everything to keep a family entertained. The weather was not kind to us but that didn't matter as everything to keep children and adults occupied was supplied! The local beach and shops are within easy walking distance and the local eateries offer many different cuisines to satisfy any pallet. We would highly recommend this property. We had a great weekend and we will return.

This house was really great, everything was clean and neat. The accommodation is within easy access to the main beach and shops. There is also a bus stop around the corner which took us to the main shopping centre and train station. We were a big group and really enjoyed the space, inside and out. It was very pleasant and easy to deal with the contact person for the house. We had a fantastic holiday in Terrigal!

Me and nine other of my friends stayed at the Terrigal Townhouse and we found the pictures didnt do the house justice, it was much more roomy then we thought and comfortable fit the ten of us. During our stay we had bad weather which meant we stayed inside most of the time but there were so many things to do. There was the dvd collection, board games ,playstation and we able to chill in the out door areas. Defientely recommend this house!

A great place for a group of friends or family with kids to stay and still have your own space. The house is very well appointed with games and dvds for kids and adults and every appliance you would need. Nice decor and modern kitchen and bathrooms. We made use of the large balconey for breakfasts and lunch in the sun and the kitchen was excellent for the family dinner we had on the first night. An easy walk to the shops and close to the beach, well recommended for a realxing break

Beautifully maintained air conditioned unit with all mod cons, including malibus. Girls all enjoyed the spa bath, with shea butter from l'occutane(sheer bliss).
Excellent range of current DVDs and playstation/wii to excite the young and old kids.
Local pizza shop has the best supreme and seafood pizza we have ever had.
Plenty of room and rooms for guests to spread out.

This house was brilliant, plenty of room and a lot bigger than what it looked in the photos. A great location, very convenient to beach, shops and restaurants and even the pub where the boys went to watch the footy. We had 2 families staying at this place with 11 people all up and it was very comfortable and clean, loved the bed linen! The kids enjoyed being upstairs with the Wii and PS and the adults enjoyed being downstairs with the great dvd collection. highly recommend this place to anyone...thanks for the portacot too didn't have to lug my own...

The extra living room upstairs allowed our group of six to split up for different activities.

Just returned from a Girlies weekend at this FANTASTIC property. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay was supplied! little extras that aren't normally included. LOVED the sheridan sheets! Excellent location to beach and shops, a nice walk after eating! Short stroll to the water where we enjoyed morning walks and coffee. The house is huge with lots of areas to chill alone if needed OR play WII etc. You will love this townhouse, I look forward to a return stay, might even take the family next time! Great Holiday House. My whole family stayed which was 6 adults and 4 kids and there was adequate room for all of us. It is situated so close to the beach and shops which was lovely for us with the kids to just park the car and walk everywhere. The house is so lovely and the kids loved the huge selection of games to play. It is so great to go somewhere and the adults can relax separate from the kids with the two lounge rooms available. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property as you will love it as much as we did.

Our family stayed in the townhouse for a very comfortable and enjoyable week's holiday.
We have stayed in many different properties over the last ten years in Terrigal.This modern townhouse is the best venue we have rented.
All rooms are spacious,clean and beautifully furnished with a modern decore.Lovely landscapes and pictures decorate the walls.
The house is very well equipped.The Wii gave our family hours of entertainment.The large double garage gave us adequate off street parking.
It takes a short stroll to reach the beach and the shops.
We would strongly recommend taking a relaxing and enjoyable ho;iday here.

This was such a great holiday venue and I do not have a single complaint to make. I was there for a long weekend with 3 other adults and we all enjoyed a very happy 'switch-off'. I stayed at Terrigal Townhouse with 6 girlfriends and had a fabulous weekend. Everything was brand new and super clean. The house very well equipped - a lot bigger than it looked in photos! The upstairs balcony was the best during the day - no wind and so much sunshine. Easy walk to shops, coffee and beach. I would definitely recommend this for a beach getaway - the DVD collection was amazing!
