Description
The building consists of three properties with spectacular harbour bridge views, all available for holiday stays.
Upstairs, Houses 23A and 23B each contain two bedrooms, which sleep up to four people. Large entertaining balconies face East, with incredible views to Sydney Harbour and beyond. These houses interconnect and can each sleep up to four people.
Downstairs, Apartment 23C is a one bedroom apartment, which sleeps up to two people and is surrounded by a landscaped garden. Bookings are now open from 22 October 2010.
At Cockatoo Island, we have a number of properties also including two ten person heritage holiday house and a four person studio. All of these properties are listed on Stayz - just search Cockatoo Island.
Facilities
Each home is fully furnished and sleeps up to four people. Facilities include two bedrooms, lounge, modern kitchen and bathroom, front and rear verandahs, laundry, outdoor setting and BBQ. A grass tennis court is a short walk away along the clifftop. Boat berthing is available to those wishing to arrive by private vessel.
Getting Here and Away
Sydney Ferries operates a regular ferry service from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and other harbour wharves to Cockatoo Island along both the Balmain/Woolwich and Rydalmere services. Timetables are available on the Sydney Ferries website.
New Years Eve
Following a spectacular 2011 New Year's Eve event at Cockatoo Island, we are pleased to announce our accommodation will once again be available for rent over that period.
All information about how to book etc will be available on our website by early June.
