In the living areas wrap-around lounges and big comfy occasional chairs with abundant cushions invite feet-up laid-back relaxing with quality reading books. a large flat screen TV in-house movies, listening to your favourite music on the i-pod, gazing into the watery distance or choose a quiet moment on the day-beds in the light filled sun-room.
The 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite, both have direct access to the front decks. Sleep with the calming ocean soundtrack on comfortable quality beds tastefully decorated.
The 3rd bedroom provides an additional double bed with a single bunk above and a tucked away trundle- bed.
There is a full laundry & fresh new bathrooms with bath & separate toilet. Reverse cycle air conditioning complements cool ocean breezes in summer and sun gently warming through the large glass windows in winter.

Sea-va is an ideal base to explore the Sapphire Coast. Right on your doorstep is sparkling Kianinny Bay with Tathra beach & town just minutes away. Boutique shopping, art galleries, the famous Tathra Pub & historic wharf, cafes, restaurants and much more are all within a few hundred metres. For nature lovers, world class Mimosa Rocks National Park is a short drive to the north, and Bournda National Park and the Kangarutha track just metres from Sea-va.
Kianinny boat ramp (suitable for large & small vessels) is located just below the house. Perfect for picnics, swimming or snorkelling with childrens playground & BBQ facilities. Boat washing also available here too.
Across the road from Sea-va you'll find the Tathra walking track which takes you around the headland and to the historic wharf, pub, cafes, town centre & shopping.
Pet friendly with direct access to walking trails
At the rear of the house is a sheltered leafy courtyard - lovely shady spot to relax, sunbake or read on a hot summers day. The back yard is enclosed with bamboo fencing all round and plenty of privacy.
The front balcony is excellent for whale watching and the best months are September to November on their migration back down the coast, Visiting wildlife, kangaroos & wallabies from the neighbouring National Park often are grazing in the front yard of a morning.
Guests are required to supply their own sheets & towels, everything else is supplied. The local Tathra laundry also has a hire service.
Permission to bring pets is to be negotiated please enquire.
Sea-va requests no smoking inside the house. There is an undercover patio area for smokers.
