Bedroom 2 and 3 both contain bunks - the bottom sleeps 2 as a double with a single on top. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. One room also houses a spare mattress for an extra child or friend.

The large modern bathroom contains a corner spa bath with open shower, toilet, vanity and mirror.

There is a second toilet and vanity which also includes a washing machine.

The entrance to this luxurious home welcomes you to a dining room with timber floors and 8 seated square dining table. A modern and conveniently designed kitchen contains a large stainless steel fridge, microwave,dishwasher as well as cooking and eating utensils.

The designer kitchen outlooks and also steps down to the cozy sunken loungeroom. The carpeted lounge room has a 42 inch Plasma, DVD, Surround Sound System & suede corner lounge for ultimate comfort.

The loungeroom also grants you access to the deluxe outdoor covered deck which has water glimpes of St Georges Basin. The deck caters for all your outdoor eating and relaxing needs with a BBQ, outdoor lounge, fridge and deck stools.

The deck overlooks the large 600m2 landscaped backyard. The fully fenced backyard has a swingset and sandpit - all the comforts for your children and pets!

With only a short stroll to the pet friendly beach one can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, windsurfing and snorkeling, or perhaps just relaxing at Palm beach.

A 10 mintue drive can take you to some of NSW's most beautiful tourist destinations - Hyam's Beach(whitest sands in Australia), Green Patch, Marine Parks, and Vincentia in Jervis Bay. We are located 2.5 hrs south of Sydney.
