Ballarat Views is a Modern Architecture Design New Holiday Home with beautiful 180 degree views over the city.
Your Holiday Home comes complete with Four Bedrooms, Gym with Treadmill, Rowing machine and exercise bike with Plasma TV, Two Bathrooms with Bath & Shower, Open Plan Living with two living areas, Large Breakfast Bench in the kitchen all overlooking the stunning views from all areas.
The Master Bedroom has a built in Plasma TV & ensuite upstairs & three further bedrooms with Gym are located on the ground floor, Gas log fire upstairs in the lounge area & a second area with Plasma TV for a childrens retreat and Air Conditioning
The Bedding configuration: Upstairs has a Master Bedroom with Plasma TV and en suite with Work Desk. Downstairs has three further bedrooms with two King Size Bedrooms ( Both king beds can be Twin rooms or two singles ) & one Double bunk bedroom ( Double base and single on top )
Childrens Toy box and a selection of Children's DVD's, Highchair, Safety Gate at top of stairs & Porta Cot, Plastic childrens plates, bowls & cups.
The garden is beautifully landscaped with two perfect areas for outdoor entertaining & BBQ area.
We are located only 800m from Soverign Hill, so close that you can hear the horn whistle from Ballarat Views. We are also opposite a lovely Park complete with a Playground area for children.
