We are proud to present this spacious air conditioned 3 bedroom duplex in a quiet, family oriented street in the renowned Gold Coast suburb of Burleigh Heads, famous for its surfing beaches, village atmosphere and national park.
A short 350 metre stroll will bring you to a lifeguard patrolled section of Burleigh Heads beach - continually voted amongst the top beaches in Australia and indeed the world.
The property features a secure gated outdoor area with covered outdoor dining, BBQ, and plenty of grass for the kids to play or the pets to run around.
Upstairs, the huge master bedroom boasts a double basin ensuite, air conditioning, TV/DVD and access out to the balcony with views of the hinterland and Burleigh Heads skyline from the comfortable day bed. The second bedroom is also quite spacious and features a doorway to the balcony, queen bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has four single beds in the form of two bunks, plus a fan. Downstairs there is a comfortable double sized sofa bed for extra guests.
The main bathroom upstairs features a bath, shower and separate toilet and there is a third toilet located conveniently downstairs off the fully equipped laundry. There is a remote operated garage available for parking.
The 42 inch Plasma TV with free foxtel and DVD player will keep the kids entertained. There are a number of internet cafes found locally to keep you up to date.
The fully equipped kitchen offers the ability to self cater with a convenience store located 100m away and Coles 1 km away. There are also many award winning restaurants within just a 15 minutes stroll.
Just 100 metres away you'll find a recently established eating precinct that has taken the gold coast by storm. Commune Cafe and Cafe Ja Ja offer an excellent breakfast and lunch while a new restaurant, Willow, is very popular with locals for dinner. The precinct also features a day spa amongst other things.
Theme parks are approx 30 minutes away by car.
Please note that with the surrounding area being of a family nature, parties or excessive noise will not be tolerated. The Gold Coast City Council has implemented tough penalties for guests who disturb the peace of neighbouring residents.
Further to this, please understand that we do not have the resources at our disposal to provide an environment suitable for 'Schoolies' accommodation services. Large establishments in Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach are able to provide full time security during schoolies week to prevent unauthoried access and subsequent damage to their apartments, which provides peace of mind to both owners and schoolies guests. For this reason we advise that schoolies bookings will NOT be honored resulting in a LOSS of deposit. We kindly ask that you make arrangements through establishments geared to cater for schoolies if you require accommodation for that purpose.
