Description

Castia Beachhouse has every comfort. It has polished floorboards, DVD & CD player, 2 TVs, Ikea kitchen and Smeg dishwasher. It can comfortably sleep six adults with 4 large bedrooms, 2 showers (one is hot/cold outside), laundry and washing machine / dryer. It has plenty of room for both children and adults. A spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms upstairs. There is a separate family room for the children. Sitting on the deck is a 4 burner gas BBQ, with outdoor setting looking over a lovely garden which is fully fenced. Only a minutes walk to the local beaches and rock pools(great for snorkelling) where you can go and sit on the white sands or play on the grass overlooking the rockpool. Its great location means you can walk everywhere as everything is at your fingertips.

Pricing

NOTE: PER NIGHT Rental price is for 4 persons-( except for Christmas period). A Surcharge of $20 per person per day applies per adult,$10 per extra child.

Minimum 2 nights stay. 25% deposit required upon booking. The remainder to be paid 30 days prior to check in date. Check out time is 10am. On the morning of departure - Check in is 2pm. Late check outs can be arranged free of charge if there are no bookings for that day. Refunds given if the property can be relet (Less 10% administration fee.) Payments can be made by direct internet deposit, cash or cheque. Linen can be supplied for $30 per room.
