Description

Delightful holiday home suitable for two families/groups or a large group. Interior features polished floorboards, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms + 1 spa. New furnishings. Air conditioned.

Two lounge rooms, two dining rooms, 2 TV/videos. There's a gas barbeque and outdoor setting at the back of the house. This area leads out onto a large grassed area which surrounds the house.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 queen bed rooms and three bedrooms each with two single beds. We also have two folding beds.

The house is great for a group, and is in a great location right on Avoca Lake and a minute's walk from the beach.

The house is very safe - it's all on one level, well off the street (which is a cul de sac) and borders on the park which surrounds the lake. There is lots of off street parking for 6-8 cars if necessary. The back area with the BBQ and outdoor setting is fully enclosed for the safety of children.

Fantastic Access to Avoca Beach

It takes less than 2 minutes to reach Avoca Beach. Head along the lakeside (5 minutes) to the shops & restaurants of Avoca. Walk along the beach to Avoca (South) surf life saving club, shops & cafe.

An easy walk past Avoca Lake to Avoca Shops

It is only a short walk (1 minute) to fantastic views and waterside access to Avoca Lake. Enjoy views of the lakeside wetlands from the bedrooms and living areas.

"We had a fabulous stay! There are so many great things about this house. First and foremost is the location. It is perfectly situated within short walking distance from the beach. This is really important when you have little children like we did. We loved the house. It was kid-friendly and stocked with everything you could possibly need! The washing machine was great too. The views out the window was lovely. The dishwasher and all the plates were a dream meaning we never had to worry about washing up. We don't think we could find a better place to stay with 2 families. It was just perfect and so close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)"

"This was a lovely holiday house in a fantastic spot, a stone throw from the beach and lake. The house was more than big enough to take our group of 11 with all having our own bedroom. The contents were fantastic all you needed was your food & clothes. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this house to any one 10/10."

"This house is tremendous for a family holiday in Avoca. It is a great lay out, well equipped, bbq, a real fun place. It is in a perfect position on the river and a short track walk to the beach. Walk into Avoca shops, cinema etc. The layout of the house is great because parents have their own space if they wish it. The owner is a delight to deal with. Highly recommended!"
