This SPACIOUS 4 BEDROOM AND 2 BATHROOM HOUSE at Sunshine Beach has a wonderful feel as soon as soon as you enter.

This house is ideal for relaxing with the family and friends, and everyone can have their own space.
The house comes complete with a brand new kitchen including caeser stone benchtops and a new bathroom.
A breezy covered entertaining area at the front of the house leads into a huge indoor dining area, complete with large rustic timber table and long bench seats providing fantastic entertaining opportunities.
Two spacious living areas and soaring high ceilings enable families/guests to really feel relaxed whilst enjoying the open plan living.
The large level backyard is a tropical haven for children and pets, being fully fenced and secure.
Sunshine beach is a 5 minute walk away, as is the Surf Club and Sunshine Beach cafes, shops and restaurants.
Popular dog friendly beach just down the road.

Check-in 2pm. Check-out 10am.
A payment of 25% of total balance must be received within 7 days after the booking is taken. Bookings are not confirmed until this deposit is received.
Payment in full must be received no later than 21 days prior to your arrival.
Please ensure payments are made with the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.
We accept payment by direct deposit into our bank account, bank cheque or money order.
Personal cheques will be accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cash payments are not accepted.
Our bank details will be advised to you upon the booking being made.
Cancellation policy:
*more than 21 days prior to arrival date - $100 fee
*7 to 21 days prior to arrival date - $200
*less than 7 days prior to arrival date - no refund
*5 minute walk to Sunshine Beach
*5 minute walk to Sunshine Beach coffee shops, restaurants, and surf club
*Dog friendly beach a short walk from the house also
*2 kilometre from Hastings Street, Noosa
*2 minute walk to start of Noosa National Park walks
*Short drive to Noosaville - Noosa River, restaurants, coffee shops, fishing boat hire
* Day trip to Maleny, Montville - soak up the country atmosphere
* Visit the Eumundi Markets
