Description

These beautifully presented Sorrento cottages rated 4 1/2 star offer all the comforts of home, perfect for a lazy summer barbeque relaxing after a long day at the beach, visiting the local vineyards or letting the kids run themselves ragged at the maze.
The cottages are complete with Coonara wood fires, reverse cycle air conditioning electric blankets and woollen doonas to ensure a snug winter break. In summer, the air conditioning and ceiling fans combine with crisp fresh sheets and cool cotton blankets to ensure a comfortable nights rest. Each cottage includes a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, convection microwave, reverse cycle air conditioning, and gas hotplates.

There is also an attached studio apartment with private entrance and patio area for couples only. In the studio there is a Queen size bed and lounge area, surround sound system, ensuite with shower designed to share and kitchenette complete with coffee machine and microwave.

Tucked away in a quiet yet central garden setting these fully self contained cottages have all the facilities to make your stay an enjoyable one.There is a television, video, cd /dvd player and numerous books on hand for relaxation. The cottages each have individual gas barbeques and you can enjoy a glass of local wine sitting on the verandah overlooking the garden whilst cooking dinner. For bookings of more than one night, a breakfast provision starter pack will be placed in the cottage prior to guest arrival to enjoy your leisure.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The person who telephones, or is named on the booking form, remains the sole contact person for communications with Bilinga All bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit of at least 50% of the total tariff within 3 working days of booking. The balance must be received at least 7 days before arrival unless other arrangements have been made for payment and credit card details must be provided as security regardless of payment method. Payments may be made by MasterCard, Bankcard, Visa, Money Order or direct deposit to Bilinga Use of credit cards may attract a surcharge as applicable at the time Postal Cheques and Money Orders are also accepted. Personal cheques will not be accepted unless approved by Bilinga Management. Payment by cheque will only be accepted if full payment is received as cleared funds at least 14 days before arrival. A bond can be requested when deemed necessary Online Bookings for arrival on the same day or the next day must be confirmed by telephone during office hours or the booking may not be valid. Bilinga has the right to refuse a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50 plus any applicable commission
Cancellations made 30 days or less and more than 7 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tariff
Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will incur a cancellation fee 50% of the total tariff
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of %100 of the total tariff.

ACCOMMODATION TERMS OF USE
On weekends a 2 night minimum stay applies. On designated long weekends a 3 or 4 night minimum stay will apply. Check-in time is 2pm on day of arrival and checkout is 10.30am unless otherwise advised by Bilinga. Bilinga is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not meet the expected style required if booked sight unseen. Please view accommodation at ourwebsite at prior to booking and call our office if you have any queries. Bilinga cannot be responsible for any failure of utilities, essential services and appliances. Please report any failures to Bilinga management as soon as possible and while every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organise repairs as a matter of urgency, immediate repair maybe beyond our control .No refund or discount will be deducted from tariffs for unusable appliances awaiting repair. Noise complaints: Only one warning will be issued. Any further complaints will result in immediate eviction from the premises with no refund

DAMAGED OR MISSING PROPERTY
Please notify Bilinga management immediately of any loss or damage to property If property linked to the accommodation is damaged, lost or taken during your stay, Bilinga reserves the right to charge you the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of that property.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Bilinga reserves the right to debit your credit card, or send you an invoice, for any amounts outstanding or any extra charges for cleaning, additional guests, extra bedrooms used, lost keys, call-outs, repairs or damage to a property.
