This newly listed modern and spacious split-level beach house is well located near the Rye-Blairgowrie border, a short distance to either the beautiful Tyrone foreshore or the rugged No. 16 ocean beach. For the keen golfer, The Dunes, Moonah Links & Eagle Ridge golf courses are virtually on your doorstep. If you just want to be pampered, Peninsula Hot Springs is just a few minutes drive.

Offering an expansive elevated tree top view to the sand dunes, this well appointed 3 bedroom house comfortably accommodates up to 9 people and is ideal for 2 families. The house features ducted heating, air conditioning, Coonara wood heater, Digital TV, DVD and brand new furniture throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave and large fridge.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, full ensuite with toilet, large walk-in robes, TV and it’s own private deck with sunlounge. Two other spacious bedrooms, each with built-in-robes, contain:

2nd BR - double/single adult sized bunk bed (sleeps 3).
3rd BR – 2 x 2 single adult sized bunks (sleeps 4).
There is also a portable cot available.

The main bathroom is modern and bright with separate bathtub & shower (including separate toilet).

The house is designed with outdoor living in mind. The living area opens out onto a large elevated deck designed to take advantage of the cool sea breezes during summer while being shaded from the sun, equipped with an outdoor timber setting and gas BBQ. The dining area also opens out onto an enclosed deck at the back of the house and, of course, there is the private deck off the main bedroom to lay back and relax. There’s more than enough room for everyone!

The property has a carport with plenty of off-street parking for cars or even a boat and a large private tee-treed back yard to explore.
