Description

A great place to stay in a contemporary home
3 bedrooms with ensuite to master bedroom. Air Conditoning/heating. There is little to do other than serious relaxing as linen is provided for you.

When you wake in the morning the sea- vista will lift your spirit with its beauty and colour from the master bedroom.
After breakfast, take a stroll around the garden to three dedicated areas including lavendars, roses, Iris's, succulents, herbs, olive,apple, pomegranite trees. and an Aust. native area... then head to the cafe's for a Latte or the beaches and catch the waves.

Walk, Swim, Surf, Sightseeing, lunch & dine.

In Inverloch and surrounds there is a lot to do and see.
Eagles Nest, a spectacular rock carved out by the sea is a major attraction. Bring your camera for great photos from Schack Bay. [5mins by car]
Take a walk to Townsends Bluff about a 40mins walking trip.
Or for the enthusiast there is Venus Bay and the Cape Liptrap lighthouse [30-45 min.] One hours drive brings you to Wilsons Promontory and you can walk for 2 hours or two days in this neck of Victoria!
Phillip Island with it's Blowhole, Fairy penguins, seals and beaches is 30 mins drive away.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Minimum Bookings:
2 nights min.booking.
Christmas Holidays: One week min.
Easter: 4 nights min.
Long weekends: 3 nights.min.
Six or more persons staying - $30.00x1 charge for extra housekeeping.
Discount Rate: Applies for bookings of 3 nights or more in the low season. May - Oct 31st. [excludes School Hols.& Grand Prix. Super Bikes].
Deposit: 50% on booking.
Cancellations: $50 inconvenience fee and/or one nights accommodation if property cannot be re-booked for the same period.
