This delightful'India Hicks' inspired beachhouse has a level entry.It is open-plan,totally fenced yard for child safety, with ample room for a large family. The living areas open out and overlook the pool and tropical back garden. The garden is a tropical playground for abundant birds and native animals. It is totally private place to soak up the sun and simply unwind and relax.Once inside the front gate you are in your own private park oasis.
There are beautiful floor boards throughout, high ceilings, fans and light filled rooms.
The lounge room with its designer linen lounges has a new jet master gas fire which is a replica of a wood fireplace so warm and cosy for those cool days and nights.
The bedrooms are spacious and light filled, especially the master bedroom with its vaulted ceiling, Organic designer cotton linen on a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite.The plantation shutter windows look through the palms. It has its own entry which leads out onto the north facing front deck.
The second bedroom with a queen bed, has a long window seat that converts to single beds.
The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single trundle available. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
If you need a 4th bedroom, then our home theatre room, with its long built-in daybed can be used as single bed.
The bathroom is modern and opens onto the pool deck, for easy toilet/shower access. The freestanding bath and seperate shower make this area extremely family
friendly. There is also a hot outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
We take great pride in our home and the furnishings are all the latest beach house trends.
All of our linen ,appliances and kitchen utensils are designer and pristine in condition.
The retro kitchen is the hub of the house. It has a breakfast bar, and overlooks the BBQ, pool, spa and rear garden. The kitchen window slides open onto a bench and the BBQ area for easy entertaining
The lounge room has floor to ceiling glass doors that slide open onto the deck, 2 daybeds a retro bar and fridge. This area enjoys the afternoon sun and is great for relaxing with the family.
Poolside there is Tucker stainless BBQ and a 10 seater hardwood BBQ table /hawaiian umbrella.
Eating alfresco poolside is 100% private.
The leafy backyard is a paradise for kids to play with a trampoline, treehouse, swing, hen house and lots of grass.A family game of cricket can easily be played in full view of the relaxing lounge.
In the backyard there is a cubby house with tame free range chickens who give you fresh eggs everyday for breakfast! They look after themselves however we do ask that you give them a handful of grain and any food scraps each day.
There is also a sandstone outdoor firepit to enjoy and toast marsh mellows.Hibiscus Beach House is so unique you won't believe that you are in the middle of Sydney and so close to the beach.

The North Avalon shops are only a minute away and have all the conveniences you would need on holiday. You can pick up most things from our local milkbar, newsagency, cellar and surfshop. 'Relish' Cafe is a popular breakfast and lunch spot and does great coffee.
Take the pushbikes and ride on the cycle path to Avalon Village to dine and shop. Head to the beach for a surf or swim then come home and relax in the heated spa, nap on a day bed and enjoy a BBQ with the family.
Let the kids run wild in the 1,100 metre fully fenced backyard. A favourite walk is up to the top of Bangally Headland to see a view to the city which is breathtaking.
At night you can sit out on the daybeds and listen to the surf rolling at the end of the street.
We are minutes by car from Avalon Village, Palm Beach and the attractions of beautiful Pittwater.
