One minute walk to Mornington golf course. Stylish furniture and fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave.
Suitable for up to 4 couples, family groups or up to 10 people. Featuring large open plan living area with 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD/Video and stereo system.
Also comprising Coonara wood fireplace and ducted central heating, air conditioning, polished timber floors, rear verandah with outdoor setting for 10 and BBQ on mains gas.
Close to Mornington's Main Street cafes, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A short stroll takes you to the stunning cliff top walk overlooking the bay. Relax with a glass of wine on the verandah or unwind infront of our cosy fireplace during the cooler months.
Our house is offered for quiet enjoyment and relaxation. Unfortunately it is not available for parties or functions. We invite you to take advantage of our late check out, when available.
We are well positioned for all the attractions on the Mornington Peninsula.

All rooms with lovely outlook onto garden.
As well as an ensuite, there is a main bathroom with shower, separate hip bath (for toddlers) and toilet.
Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave.
