We pride ourself on being able to offer you a clean, hygienic family holiday house with all the modern luxuries you would want on your holiday.
This modern family holiday house is situated on 2500 sqm amongst the grape vines. It offers a tranquil setting, the perfect relaxing getaway, home away from home.
It is fully furnished and comprises of 5 spacious bedrooms, large lounge room and family room, large modern kitchen including a dishwasher, a large bathroom as well as an ensuite. It has split systems in the family living areas and air conditioning vents in all rooms. The living areas and all queen rooms all have ceiling fans. Also available for your use is a phone (free local calls) and free internet usage.
A modern kitchen including fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas cook top and an electric fan-forced oven. All crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided and the dining room has plenty of seating for all the family.
There is two large lounge areas, the first lounge comprises of a 50 inch colour plasma t.v, dvd player, three seater lounge and two recliners. The second lounge comprises of a 40 inch colour plasma tv and a sofa couch. The T.V is set up with a dvd and video player and a nintendo wii with games. Great entertainment for the children. The house offers many activities for the children, including board games, books, toy box full of toys, dolls pusher with doll and doll clothes, d.v.d's, videos, nintendo wii with games and a children's pinball machine. Outside there is an enclosed 12ft trampoline, 50sqm undercover play area with sandpit and slide, basketball ring, babyswing, swingset, go-kart, trike, scooter, hockey table and a large grassed area for the children to run around. There is also a WIGGLES BEDROOM comprising of two single beds and a PRINCESS BEDROOM comprising of a double bed with a single bunk above it. The children will be overwhelmed with the many things to do.
There is also 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each. All beds have linen supplied. There is a third t.v in the master bedroom (23 inch LCD) and an ensuite. At the other end of the house is a large bathroom with a deep bath and shower.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron and plenty of bench space.
The backyard has heaps to offer with a covered bbq area and outdoor setting for you to sit back and relax while the children play.
A porta cot with linen, baby bath and highchair is also available. if required please notify us when booking.
Car parking is not an issue with a triple carport and plenty of space for boating or motor enthusiasts. There are double gates for backyard access if you require secure parking.
Your pets are welcome to join you on your holiday. There is a large fully fenced grassed backyard for their enjoyment. STRICTLY OUTDOORS ONLY.
