Ideally suited for large family/groups. Home is ideally suited to accommodate a large family or groups. Consists of three queen size bedrooms, main with a large walk in robe & ensuite. Single bedroom contains two single beds and two trundle beds. Garage has a queen size bed with a seperate shower & toilet and heating & cooling are also present in the garage. The main bathroom is spacious with a seperate shower a large full size bath. Large open family / Kitchen / Dining / entertaining room with fantastic views facing out over Lake Mulwala. contains a feature black marble bar, billiard table, 60 inch LCD with home theatre surround sound, 12 seater dining table and comfy couch & recliner chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range stainless steel appliances including a 1000 litre fridge / freezer with ice maker. Black marble benchtops and huge walk in pantry are a feature. Hydronic heating is provided in all rooms . Fully airconditioned with ceiling fans. A Large protected and private outside courtyard containing a fully tiled solar heated in ground pool with secured child proof fencing, a gas bbq and a large table seating 10 under a huge secured market umbrella which makes an excellant area to sit back, relax, dine and enjoy the surroundings. Full laundry facilities. Bathroom linen and bed linen provided including pillows. BYO bed sheets, pillow cases, doonas and beach towels. Undercover parking for 3 vehicles room for boat storage aslo a private jetty to moor a boat or jet ski if required. Modern and quality fernishings throughout. Access to a boat ramp is write next door on council property.
Courtesy buses available to and from the Mulwala RSL and the Mulwala Water Ski Club. New bike track from the corner of Hogans's road to Yarrawonga has just been completed which does pass buy the local service station which carries basic food, petrol, newspapers, bread and milk most days.
A great place to relax, fish from private jetty, play golf, enjoy water sports and visit local wineries. Access to boat ramp is next door. A real home away from home resort style holiday!
