The open plan house has two bedrooms with one queen sized bed in "master" bedroom, two singles in 2nd bedroom and a pull-out couch bed to sleep a total of five maximum. The large backyard deck overlooks a vacant block with an open block to the front providing privacy and tranquility year-round. Within walking distance is the National Park and surf beach for experienced surfers or dog walkers; the bay beach for sailing, wind/kite surfing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Within a seven minute drive are the Peninsula Hot Springs and countless golf courses including driving ranges. Two minute drive to Sorrento for fine dining and 5 minute drive to Portsea.
The 900sqm lot has a large backyard with sunny hardwood deck ideal for outside BBQing. Laze on the hammock under the pine trees or relax inside with huge flat screen TV, loads of movies and music and solar powered guilt free warming and cooling. Pets welcome with fenced yard.
