Full gourmet breakfast provisions are provided for you to savour at your leisure.
Close to the quaint villages of Olinda and Sassafras where you can browse the many interesting shops and experience the delights of the cafes and restaurants.

"It was quiet, uninterrupted pure bliss staying at Brindalee. I could not imagine anywhere more magical to spend time with a loved one, or just relax with friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay everything was made so special. The spa was set with spectacular views that were perfect to lay back and unwind. The log fire was beautiful and really set the ambiance of the beautiful surroundings. I could not fault one part of our stay."
